Gregg and Sharon have totally been a game changer! If you are considering booking a session, do it! I was hooked after my first session and haven't looked back. Was a collegiate athlete and once the thought of spending hours in the gym with my schedule began to overwhelm me I stopped training and gained nearly 60 pounds! Just the thought of starting back over gave me anxiety. When I heard about Gregg, I found it hard to believe that in a 30 minute session twice a week you could totally transform and build strength. But in 6 months I am down nearly 30 pounds while gaining strength that is hard to believe, going from 200lbs leg press to over 800lbs. I am back to skiing and at an athletic level of where I was in college with just an hour a week of training. Truly unbelievable results! Can't wait to see where I am in another 6 months!

I LOVE working with Sharon at UP. She dishes out just the right amount of tough love, but is always encouraging. I believe that both Greg and Sharon are extremely knowledgeable in not only weight training but nutrition as well. I have finally made their suggested changes to my eating habits and have been rewarded with relatively pain free weight loss.

I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Gregg and Sharon for offering a safe, clean environment for a kick butt workout during this unprecedented public health emergency. I am always the only client in the studio, clients have a dedicated, separate entrance, they clean and sanitize the equipment between clients, and we wear masks at all times. The efforts that they make to keep the gym clean and safe are critical to me as a person with a compromised immune system. I tried working out via zoom and without a trainer, and the results were nonexistent. This is the best workout I have ever done, the trainers can work around numerous types of injuries, and I can do this quite safely, in my opinion. This is a risk that I am willing to take to continue my health journey during a pandemic-thank you both for all you do to keep your clients safe!

A few years ago I hated my body, then I found Urban Pump! Until the Sequester, all was happy. I kept getting more tone and fit every week. What to do? Personal training with Urban Pump over the web is THE ANSWER. Sharon and Gregg keep me motivated, keep me scheduled, and know how to be flexible with household items as weights. I've tried many different approaches to "fitness" over many years. Since working out with Gregg and now Sharon, for several years, I have to say I have found a way to fit in a serious workout, increase my strength amazingly, all in a format and time frame that works in my life. I enjoy them both, they are committed to the individual needs and goals of their clients and are a pleasure to work with. I've been training consistently with Gregg and Sharon for 8 months now. Everything they have taught me is different from anything prior I've done with other personal trainers. Not only are their workouts unique and effective yet their coaching, knowledge and motivation with accountability has been what has really done it for me. They truly have changed my life for the better: I've never been stronger, looked better nor felt any better than I do today! I've often told them they've ruined me from ever going back to a real gym because this is my new norm! Not to mention, I literally only workout for an hour a week total! I moved to Denver 1 year ago. I tried several gyms and trainers, but neither the gyms nor trainers impressed me. Then I met Gregg at Urban Pump. He is, without any doubt, a world class trainer.Gregg's knowledge, professionalism, passion, and caring are unsurpassed. My goals were to continue rehabbing a problem knee, to reduce fat, and to gain strength and muscle. Gregg has very quickly allowed me to meet and surpass my goals. It's not easy to gain muscle at my age (mid 60s), but Gregg has made it happen. My energy level has never been betterI look forward to my twice weekly sessions with Gregg. He "pushes me to failure" with each set, and that's a good thing. I'm fortunate to have met Gregg. He's a game changer!

The proof is in the numbers. After 10 training sessions over 5 weeks, leg press strength increased 35%, bench press up 43%, tricep up 53%, bicep up 83%. 25-35 minute sessions, 2x a week.I highly recommend Gregg for anyone looking to get in shape, especially anyone who's getting near 50. He knows what he's doing and the results will come quicker than you think.

Incredible, gregg will push you to your limits while being a reasonable person, this is an incredibly fine line to walk if you have worked out with other trainers in the past. He is one of the most reasonably priced trainers I've heard of for how often you need to do sessions, and I always see rapid and long lasting improvement as a direct result of his training. I've played college lacrosse, and had some time with the military and he is by far the most pleasant workout experience of my life so far and with fantastic results. I couldn't give him a higher recommendation.
