I had a great work out here and the atmosphere was great a lot of equipment to play around with and exercising was okay A VERY friendly environment I would go back again and tell some friends to come join me here LOVED IT ..

When I signed up to planet fitness it was 24/7. Now it’s only 24 hours tue-thurs. like to work out before work, start at 6 so not happening if it doesn’t open til 5…

i am currently a black card member but never recieved my halo watch.also the heavy set blonde women makes me uncomfortable everytime i come and shes there and I just caught her rolling her eyes at me as i left the facility! she never greets me or thank me when i arrive or leave!

I can really respect and appreciate the customer service I receive often from employees Josh and Dajuan they are very impressionable young men which is rare to find these days. Customer service as a whole in todays time is very generic and scripted almost robotic when it comes to be treated like a human being from staffs. Most people in customer service environment are really not passionate they don’t care about people only care about policies. Dajuan and Josh Greet me soon as I come in every single time, they make themselves known . While their working they find time to small talk and they make it personal they make you feel like they actually know you. Those guys I look for and look forward to seeing when I come in because when you come to a place 4/5 days a week you definitely want to be treated well, greeted well and hang around good spirited people that know you. I definitely told these guys that I appreciate them being friendly you can’t and approachable you can’t teach that anymore.

It's very clean. The staff are nice and attentive. Especially the short one with black and red hair. If you go to visit please don't forget about the massage therapy chair.......You'll thank me for it
