This gym has unprofessional staff and very rude by far! Drake was the guys name who was very rude and humiliated me, not only did he say harsh things he is not fit for his position to satisfy customers.

Horrible I am not going anymore, the workers are so lazy that they don’t put soap in the soap dispenser for the men’s bathroom. This literally happens 99% of the time I go to this gym. This place should be shut down considering the amount of covid spread, hepatitis it’s possibly spreading. I will NOT go to this gym anymore!!

Very nice facility. My only concern was there were no fans in the front of the building. It's nothing major at all. Staff was very helpful.

Love the staff here. Usually go during demon hours (1-5 am) and it’s extremely chill with minimal people. They’re on it with the cleanliness. It’s some of the patrons that are lowkey nasty!

I think planet fitness is one of those gyms made for people who make new year resolutions to stay healthy but never really go to the gym. It has weird rules. It's cheap and the only reason I have this membership is because my la fitness club opens late on weekends

As a guessed I should have been able to trying out all the amenities that my black card Friend does to see if I would like to join also. But seeing how snotty rude the staff was , I think I will stay at my gym ,my friend likes my gym also.

This is the worst location ever when it comes to cleaning and customer service. I have the blackcard membership and I been to almost every location in metro Detroit and this is the worst location ever. Bathroom is always dirty. Staff are so rude. I was there yesterday saturday night around 10 pm and the front desk woman has a rude attitude. She didn’t allow my guest to be in without downloading the planet fitness app on my phone. He always come to this gym with me as a guest and never had this issue before. I am so disappointed with the customer service.
