Clean gym, needs more free weights and bench presses. Come early morning because afternoons it is busy with teenagers from dearborn and detroit leaving weight all over the place and walking around with flip flops. Wish there were more water fountains too. It would be nice if the teenagers get certain hours to work out.

Yeah im so over this location. Supposedly had a “remodel” but there could be more variety in weights and equipment. Ever since the summer program for kids started it’s a struggle being able to complete a full decent workout. For the most part the equipments are occupied and its always someone just sitting there having a plain conversation or scrolling through their phone. Im all for the kids being able to go to the gym but there should be a time frame or some sort of arrangement. The gym isnt even 24hours anymore because half of the week they close early. I only keep coming to this location because its closest to my house but its a definite chaos.

It's a nice gym when it isn't packed how ever anyone with a nice car shouldn't work out here unless your getting dropped off. A towing company that is in cahoots with the gym stole my car from the parking lot for no reason at all. First they gave me the wrong info on were my car was then tried to act like they didn't have it also charged me almost 700.00 to get my car back the next morning not even 24 hours they had my car they gave me a hard time and caught additudes when I showed up to get my car and it took them 3 hours to bring my car out from being surrounded by 20 crashed vehicles. Smh and they asked secretary of state for a abandoned vehicle title all in one day. I was only in the building for 35 minutes when they stole it no one said anything Smh the most expensive depressing workout of my life 😪 dnt recommend the headache

Stephanie was amazing. Another location was very rude and I was ready to drop my membership. Stephanie gave me a call and listened to my concerns and she gave me an excellent response she was very respectful to my situation. She is a true professional and I really appreciated her assistance.

Very unreliable place. Never opens on time. On New Year's eve day it supposed to be open by 5 am. Waited till 5:35 am no one showed up to open the facility. It happens often. Frustrating.The manager called and explained the situation and I appreciate his efforts.Manager Is very good and pays attention to peoples needs. Appreciate that very much. Thank you.

This gym is not the best tbh it is average or below average. I can stress how important it is to clean the place up. The past few months I’ve seen hundreds of new workers. Maybe it’s just me but service is bad.

I have a black card and was asked to sign in. Unlike all the other clubs I’ve been all I had to do was scan. It’s minor but if I have to do anything different than i feel discriminated. The reason I was given is because I am a remote member. If they can see I am remote than they can run a report at the end of the night. I felt the need to voice my concern to a Manger named Drake and let’s just say that listening and talking less would have helped improve the place.

No trainer available. Small area for tanning and hydro beds. Staff are great with customer service. Just wish I didn't join no spa no pools. Need to find a different gym that has all these amenities.💯 …

I go there almost everyday to workout and the employees are nice and helpful. I did have an incident there but it was all worked out I really wanted to thank one of the employees that works there because he helped me stay calm. I don’t remember his name and I haven’t seen him lately hopefully he still works there and gets appreciated because he helped me, and I wanted to thank him! Overall the place is pretty clean and has a good environment to workout!

Throw all your fear of the virus out the window when you step into this house. Clean, spacious and personally I feel safe especially with their new cleaning solution for the machines
