Don’t go here unless you want to be constantly harassed about you’re nose being covered while you workout. Another Planet Fitness in the books where the employees look like they’ve never worked out a day in their life. Thank god I don’t live around here.

Very clean facility, staff was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Ruth in particular was very helpful with questions I had about my fitness journey and provided excellent customer service.

Wow, I have never been treated at a gym better before in my life. Huge shoutout to Wren who not only motivated me to workout but also is a good sales person. (Made me get the black card)Thank you guys

I recently visited this gym and honestly its an awesome environment. One of the team members saw how confused I was using one of the equipment. Aboubacar was very kind and patient with me and my boat load of questions. Awesome customer service :)

kayla was being very rude to me, stated that she warned me multiple times when she never did once, claimed i wasn’t social distancing but I was minding my own business and there wasn’t signs on the machines and said there were notes on my account but there really weren’t… the cops were called and they ended up walking in and out after the security guard let me back in.

Don't go to this gym. It's never any parking and the gym WILL not help you if anything happens to your vehicle. My car was hit or scratched within 2 hours while I worked out and told me the police would have to come get the footage. After I called and was told the police is too busy to come there they said "Well on their leisure time they will have come". I'll drive out of my way to workout somewhere else and know my vehicle will be intact rather then come here again. I haven't had this vehicle 6 months im really regretting planet fitness.

Such a poor experience! Management is ignorant and is poorly trained on how to handle customers.Ultimately, If you’re Black do not go here. They’re trained to mishandle us and not show any empathy. If you want better treatment, go to a planet fitness that’s managed by BLACK PEOPLE. (Planet fitness on 8mile is the only gym that has an all black staff, that should tell you a lot)

The gym is always clean and sanitized. The workers are walking around making sure people got their masks on to prevent a start of covid spreading. The gym is big enough with tons of equipment.

Very clean gym but you always get rude customers. Seen two rude gym comers yesterday use a lot of the dumbell and barbell weights, left them on the ground and went to another machine. One of the employees, abou bacar got straight to it and made them put the weights on the tacks again. Great employee.

Never coming here again, I used to love this place but since the pandemic started, I feel like the employees dont care much about the cleanliness, people workout and dont wash their machines. When I complained they mentioned they "cant make it as an announcement"....The people here are obnoxious and rude.The bathrooms are almost always filthy.If you care about your health go to the one in westland, this place is disgusting.
