PLEASE CONSIDER SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS IN THE BACK OF THE GYM! MY CAR WAS VANDALIZED AND THERE WAS NOTHING THAT THE STAFF COULD DO! However, the only thing I do request for the owner to consider is more surveillance cameras and better security. The security guard does't even walk around. How sad that as a college student I come here to relieve my stress and now I do not feel safe coming here anymore. The staff did not even come outside to check on me or cared enough to assist me.

Well maintained, clean, safe even late at night. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great music played over speakers in locker room. Very upbeat feel.

I really enjoy working out at this gym. My only issue is that several times there are people on the machines just on their phones and the staff doesn't say anything. If you're here to workout then workout if not stay home on your couch and do you phone necessities thre. Staff please say something to those members!

I'm sure this is a great gym for the price, but don't get the membership if you don't plan on keeping it. I got the black member ship and than my hip went out so I couldn't use it. I called and they wouldn't let me out of my contract, I haven't used it once. Every month they take $19.99 out of my account. I guess all that money down the toilet.

The staff members at this facility are ill prepared and apathetic towards their customers. In the case of an emergency such as the recent break in of my vehicle in the parking lot next to the gym they failed to inform me until after I had walked out to my car even though they were aware of what had happened beforehand. They failed to offer any form of assistance and simply remained standing at the front desk. The front staff of the late afternoon shift seem unqualified to do a decent job.

Crowded with people as well as the machines. Maybe they didn't spend enough time planning the layout? Paths between machines and benches are too narrow, and there is not enough room for even simple stretches. If you were one of only 10 people in the gym, maybe there'd be enough room, but since that doesn't happen, you'll probably experience feeling squished at one point or another. Great staff, clean facility.

I joined a few months ago, I haven't visited much because it has been really nice outside and I prefer to walk/jog outside. However, I notice the female staff members are pretty dismissive and not very helpful. I notice a lot of standing around a giggling, gossiping and chit chatting with each other with little to no customer service past check ins. MOST members are respectful and wipe down the machines after using but shouldn't the staff maintain the facility as well? How many people do you really need hanging out behind the counter. This place is starting to look and smell as bad as LA Fitness with the apathetic attitudes to match...Unfortunate

Great gym! Always clean..Always available machines and the staff is great..for those saying that employees are rude or sad they must be crazy they are all very welcoming. As for those giving one start for their cars being scratched you must be and idiot to think a business owes you something because of what someone else did. They are not responsible for your belongings, or anything that happens to your car. Look up codes and regulations before implying negative things towards a business.

Went in today friendly staff greated me with smiles clean gym really neat only bad thing i could say is it was pretty full i had to start weights machined and stretches before cardio because all the tredmills were tooken

I am so happy this gym is opening soon! I really want to get out of LA Fitness (The one on Washington Blvd). I rather pay $10 monthly than $50.
