The Downey PF club it's very good gym. I've been going there for quite some time now and haven't had any bad experiences. The gym has all the basics, if you've been to one PF you been to them all for the most part. So long as your not looking for anything to fancy and or niche I would recommend PF for all levels of gym goers from the beginners to the experts.

Stinky showers and dirty locker room, looks like they rarely bother to clean them.Edit: there shouldn't be a need for me to specify, there should be a cleaning procedure to make sure all parts of the gym are kept clean. We don't need 3 people at the front counter. Maybe have a designated custodian to always be cleaning?

This is one of the best locations I’ve been to. And I’m a over the road long haul truck driver. So I visit locations all over America. From the moment I pulled in the parking lot I noticed a nice difference. It was clean and well kept. Once I entered and started working out, I noticed just how well maintained this Planet Fitness was. Very nice!

Customer service is fair they don't give all the necessary information to a new customer.

Kat Molina… Really disrespectful and unprofessional. Her attitude is nasty and does not know how to act as a club manager. My bank account was frozen due to fraud and I was behind on everything.. prior to this bad incident today with Kat Molina, I had called in and spoke to P.F personal and told them my situation.. I’ve been making payments on time all year and haven’t been having problems checking in and working out until today.. She stopped me in front of everyone and said I need to make a payment. I told her I did.. all year I’ve been making payments. I ask her that is their a problem with me working out and she said yes… other P.F personal will let you work out but not me… She told me to leave and that she was going to cancel my membership.. Not cool when I been making payments all year.. Sad that this establishment still has her working as a manager or working at all… I checked some other reviews and I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks she unprofessional..

They kicked off the gym stating we violated service. They mentioned having to speak to us 3 times. This is NOT the case. I asked for back up and they could not provide it.

Clean gym, and super clean equipment and every person cleans the equipment after themselves. Friendly staff and the ease of using the app and all its features. I’m happy I joined

Amazing gymEasy access great location,I can get my workout in 1hr there always available machine and equipment.The staff are friendly and keep the gym clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A nice place to work out . Their was enough gym equipment to use even though the place was getting full of morning working out people. The machines are kinda old but work perfectly.

Had never experience someone broking into the locker room which i think they should had more control over i feelsomeone who work there broke into my lock i’m very upset about it ,coming backto the gym and not ableto find my stuff very unhappy with the colworker .
