Very affordable gym ,Staff are very nice . plus judgement free zon like they said.What I like the bed massage . chair massage. And body enhancement.Definitely recommend.

Always clean facilities with all machines and equipment working well. Great gym!

One thing I don't like is how some of the staff look like they are just hanging out, meanwhile sanitizing stations are empty or running low. They should be checking up on their stations and refilling frequently.

Great staff. Respectful gym members, constant cleaning, and plenty of parking. Usually not too busy around midday

Last week my car stalled out in the parking lot and when I went inside I asked Itzia and Filippos if there was a way I could charge my phone because it died. They gladly helped out and charged my phone for a while and a huge thank you to both of them for saving my night. Glad there are friendly people still around. Shout out to Planet Fitness for hiring them!

If you have a gallon jug of water you will be asked to leave it in the front desk area or place it in a locker. Besides that pretty good gym, Also it seems pretty garbage on the club itself to not even sell face masks/have them available to their patrons.Can you guys please fix your machinesEDIT: THE SAME MACHINES ARE STILL BROKENGarbage company employees are great horrible buissness I'm done with this trash gym with broken cardio equipment

Gym is small and most of the cleaning stations have rust on them, reminds me of county jail. they should upgrade some of their equipment as well most of their stairmasters were out of service.

RUDE, unprofessional. Not the place for young professionals, on a time crunch. Abraham told me there is no manager, like come on dude, don't waste my time. I expected more from a black card membership. Looking for recommendations for a new gym. Willing to pay top dollar.***If you don't have have a smart phone, planet fitness will not let your guest in. To the 1%-If people can barely afford a $10 or $20 membership, per month, not everyone is going to have a smart phone. How are they suppose to use the app.? Doesn't make sense.

I just posted for 24hr Fitness in Downey and to be thorough.The female lockout room is filthy. They need staff in their locker rooom to consistently maintain a sanitary space.Gym time is sacred.

Good, clean, staff very polite, outside workers come around 2am to clean. PF staff pass by the whole gym to pick up paper towels constantly from lazy members that can't throw there own trash.So thank you PF staff for that 👍 Change my 5star to 4 because I was charged $5 for a purchase that I never purchased to my card. I let the over night staff know and she gave me a card to her manager in morning shift since overnight do not have one . I emailed the manager about the situation and never got back to me. The over night staff checked the computer to see the purchase and she pointed which computer it was and says that it was done by her and doesn't remember doing it. Becareful and check your bank statement cuz that is thief what they did.👊
