Consistant experiences at all of the Planet Fitness locations I visit in my travels

Much more spacious and less crowded compared to the Chapel Hill location

im not sure what his name is but the guy that works nights on weekends has been giving me a lot of problems recently and makes me feel uncomfortable when i come into the gym. He will randomly be rude with customers and stare at people working out. I had one incident where i was laughing about something and he must have gotten selfconscious or something because he walked back and gave me a nasty look. He has made me wait to buy a water because he was dealing with something "more important" or told me to wait because "cant you see im talking to someone" and that behavior should not be accepted here and will be hearing from me on planet fitness complaints

This is a large Planet Fitness...the staff is friendly and helpful. But one big complaint is that the music is too loud...way louder than other Planet Fitnesses I've been in. It doesn't make sense to have it so loud when everyone is listening to their own music anyway (which means you have to turn up your own volume higher than should be necessary).

Front desk staff are incredibly rude. They gave me awful attitudes saying I did not sign in when I clearly signed in, and it was shown on my sign ins on my app. After walking away and scanning my membership AGAIN one of the workers called me the b-word behind my back. This is not the first time the staff has been incredibly rude at this location.

Such an awesome environment! Clean with a friendly staff. Love the TVs everywhere to help me get through my workouts!

The front desk staff Errol is very rude, impatient and unprofessional during my first visit to this gym. His tone and attitude should be managed and he needs to know how to show respect. Otherwise else looks okay but looking at past comments on Errol, the planet fitness management being play dumb for long time and not listen to customers’ feedback so I am giving one star. Don’t comment on my comment lol as you ain’t do anything but merely try to mislead people believe you have good customer service.

My daughter who is in highschool received a free pass for the summer through her school district. My daughter is a dancer and it allows her to stay in shape. In addition it's a great place to stay safe. It is very clean and comfortable.

Wont cancel my membership after multiple phone calls, emails, and an in-person visit about the cancellation. Stealing money.
