Nice size gym, well over enough equipment to get a good workout. I will be visiting this location again in the near future!

Since I've joined Planet Fitness, I've never been spoken to with attitude and negativity as I was one day. As a minister, I realize that everyone can have a bad day. I chosen to stay away from this person.

Friendly staff, adequately clean, machines aren't top of the line but they are just fine. More than i would expect for the price. Also, I never have to wait for a machine. Totally worth it.

Planet fitness is not a real gym BUT its a great way to take a shower in a dirty stall in basically any city in the country for $20/month, so there's that.

I like this gym. The staff is friendly and have plenty of equipment. I would like to make a suggestion if more 45 lb plates can be bought for the leg press machines. So we don't have to take them from other areas such as the bench press. Thank you!

The staff at the Guess road Location are very friendly, great customer service. The gym is very clean. It would be great if the staff at the MLK Location knew how to treat and talk to the customers/members, the way the staff at Guess rd. does. The weekend staff at MLK are extremely rude especially the night staff on Saturday & Sunday at MLK he goes out his way to get into unnecessary arguments, he has a terrible attitude. He should take anger management classes, If he does not like being in a customer service position, then I suggest he find a job where he does not have to be around people. Five stars for The Guess Rd Location Keep up the great customer service. By the way the Employee I am referring too at the MLK Location his name is Errol, he definitely as a serious problem with the members for no reason. He is disgusting to the members and I don't understand why the Managers/owners don't do something about his behavior towards the members!!!!

Very well appointed gym! I've actually found some machines that I didn't even know existed and they are among my favorites! I also really like that they play extreme sports films.The gym is always spotless, and it's rare to find a machine out of order. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. Free, built in combination lockers right on the gym floor are genius.

Planet Fitness is my happy place. The massage chairs and hydro beds are one of life's luxuries. I have a Chronic illness and these massages save me from a load of pain. THANK YOU PF!

Beware- they have a policy you must cancel in person and they make it difficult to actually cancel even when you go in person. I have gone into the gym in person twice now to cancel my membership per their policies, but they are still charging me and refusing to acknowledge that I have cancelled my membership. When I went in this last time, I had the desk person check each time I signed to see if the cancellation processed. It took multiple attempts for the cancellation to process in their system. I asked to speak to a manager but all the desk person could tell me is that there was no manager on site and the management didn't keep a set schedule. Because Planet Fitness refuses to acknowledge my previous attempts to cancel, I have had to reported the continued charges as fraud.
