This the home Planet Fitness for me, I never have any problems at this location. People who complain about it being too busy literally go at the busiest times of the day. The gym is open 24 hours and you have all the space in the world during most times.

After working out for 2 hours today, one of their staff members decided to cut my lock off their locker with my belongs still inside! I thought my belongs were stolen! I was told that a staff member assumed my lock was on the locker overnight which is ridiculous! The staff gave me a combination lock for their neglecance after I complained and never spoke with a manager who they claim don't work on weekends! The nerve of this staff! Keep your personal belongings in your car or if you bring in your own lock - just keep your fingers crossed after your work out that your lock will not be cut off!!!

Very nice !!! I went on a Tour to see what I would be getting for the Membership.The Receptionist was proffecional, And I Was very impressed with the Facility work out Equipment and Amenities., I Also was pleased to see staff sanitize the equipment frequently During my walk Around I am planning on Joining This Week!!

I went tonight around 8pm and it was rather crowded. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. I even saw a staff member cleaning during the time I was there, however, I do have some complaints regarding the sanitation factor of the gym. The bathroom counters had a ton of water on them. Then, I went to workout and 4 out of 5 paper towel dispensers that I tried didn’t have any paper towels in them. It was irritating and disgusting to be quite honest. I’m certain people were not going out their way to look for paper towels. So I’m pretty sure a lot of the machines were left dirty. After trying the first two empty dispensers, I informed staff and a staff member immediately put some in. I was thankful for that and I went about my business. Towards the end of my session, I went to another location and two of the surrounding dispensers didn’t have paper towels either. As I was leaving, I noticed a coned off area with white powder on the floor, I’m assuming someone threw up, but that really grossed me out even more knowing that a lot of the machines probably were filled with germs. PF has to do more spot checks. It is imperative for the safety of the guests.

I love this particular Planet Fitness location. Staff is friendly, it is brightly lit, and it is very spacious. They have a variety of equipment to use for every level of fitness. I also like that even during the times of high usuage, it is spacious enough to allow for the appropriate amount of social distancing.

This second year of the Pandemic has been rough in so many ways for me personally, and for my community, collectively. I have been fielding calls and requests for help from so many and have struggled to keep healthy habits. After a while of paying for an unused membership, and gaining considerable body weight, I walked into the PF and was encouraged by Lang's generous help with using machines and taking advantage of PF classes. He walked me through downloading the PF app and checking out the many features. My fitness journey will take time but I am encouraged by the positive and welcoming demeanor of helpful and compassionate staff like Lang. I am now putting my membership to good use. Getting back to healthy and better!

I very much enjoy my time spent at Planet Fitness. It feels sacred! I stay motivated by others around me, and by the endless screens and workout machines. The location on MLK has great airflow, and staff are observed cleaning regularly.

The Martin Luther King site is my favorite. All their hydro-massage machines are working, they’ve got more massage chairs than other places ive been, it’s a huge facility, well organized and they’ve got plenty of staff at front desk. Their machines were down the other day, but that didn’t affect the staff from helping us with whatever we needed which was great of them.
