The gym is cool. Has all the equipment you need to get a full workout in and it's always clean. My favorite part is the 24 hr availability. If you are going try and go no later than 5am because after that it gets crowded.

I’d recommend planet fitness to anyone. It’s clean… spacious and even though there are all these people you still have space to workout alone. I love it there

By far my most favorite PF to visit! They havent upgraded the ellipticals, which makes me happy!!! b/c the PF in Cary has the new ones and it is more like a stair stepper! Not a fan! Never change them out!

Planet fitness on MLK in Durham was much larger than the other ones I've gone to. I had no problems getting on the machine that was the nice part.

Not the best planet fitness to visit. Dirty bathrooms and rude staff. Management dismisses issues. I prefer to go out of city to other locations since I have the black card.

It's always clean with plenty of equipment to use. Even if a piece of equipment that I want to be on is being used there is never too long of a wait to use it.The attendants are friendly and work very hard to keep paper towels loaded, sanitizing bottles full and the floors clean.The app is very handy letting me know the amount of people that in Planet Fitness without having to candy. It's always great to be able to sign in with my phone and not have to worry about carrying a card.With everyone cleaning each machine before and after each use one can feel secure that getting Covid or even the flu is very reduced.Bravo to planet Fitness on providing a safe place to focus on getting into better shape.

Nothing like visiting multiple PFs and not being able to use my black card benefits. At the gym for 1.5 hrs, waited at the desk for 20 minutes, never saw the staff person once.

Nice pleasant atmosphere I was there at lunch time and found a clean and pleasant atmosphere this club has a great layout.Ty at the front desk is a hard worker very professional and very caring.She took care of me the best she could however because she's at the desk all by herself she really can't do a good job

I enjoy the 24-hour time frame because it allows me to get to the gym by 5 am to start my day! The facility is clean and well-maintained (though the air vents might need to be dusted soon). The staff is friendly, attentive to the gym-goers, and quick to assist. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I'd wager 95% of gym-goers take the time to wipe down the machines after use.

I went to this gym today i come here alot im 15 and i finished my workout and went to the office to get a hydra massage you know they always the best and the workers there 2 males and one female started whispering when i asked for one and the female says how old are you i said im 15 and she said no your not and asked me where my mom and dad at and none helped me at all I usually always come here and love the service and workers are usually so nice this time it was different
