I really like being there! It's a very good atmosphere to work out and no one's judging. The staff is friendly and helpful and keeping the machines clean is peace of mind! Thanks!!

Don’t bother scheduling classes. They’ll let you schedule them have you come up there just to tell you the trainer is not there and they don’t know when he’ll be back. Management could easily take the classes offline.

Super affordable, lots of equipment available, not too crowded. The staff do a great job cleaning and making you feel welcome. I’m so glad I joined!

Great place to workout, nice equipment, no waiting for a piece of equipment, facility is clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You can workout 24/7 and I feel safe.

Errol is by far the worst employee planet fitness has hired!!! Errol has harassed and threatened multiple members of the club ,and stuck his middle finger up at me! When I asked him for his name he had proceeded telling me to never come back.

The staff here are very friendly , helpful, and hard working. And at a price that is so low I don’t know how they are able to stay open 24/7 ! Thank you to everyone at Planet Fitness !-

Love the gym and location this review is I regards to the personal training or classes offered, signed up to take 1 and when I arrived it was evident that the trainer was not expecting me as I did sign up a hour prior to start time and I wouldn't have been mad to be told he wasn't prepared and asked to sc another day instead I was half shown a workout then left alone to figure it out, as a plus size woman I can already be self conscious when using certain pieces of equipment so I was hoping this session would help me to get out of my comfort zone and help show me the correct ways to use some of the other more intimidating looking equipment but it wasn't the case I didn't get any exercise modification to fit my physical activity level and the classes don't have good description or levels to rate if it is a good fit for you I left feeling disappointed and more self conscious than when I had arrived but I guess for $20 a month you get what you pay for

Thank you so much to the staff at Planet Fitness MLK Jr. Parkway for keeping the facility clean and because of that, I feel safe using this facility. In comparison to other PF in the area that I use, this one is by far the best staffed and the most attended to. Other PF facilities are severely lacking in cleanliness often with trash receptacles overflowing, papertowel rolls flooding the sink, paper on the floor, trash and hair on the floor which is not favorable in the changing area and locker rooms. Some facilities only have 1 sanitizer spray available at the cleaning stations or there is no papertowel at all. I have witnessed the same trash in the same space at a particular PF facility and it is disgusting to come back two or three days later and see the same trash. I'm not even sure they mop the floors. But I can say with confidence that my last visit to the PF @ MLK Jr. Parkway on Sunday, February 20, the floors were mopped! I know during peak times, it may not always be like this, but I can appreciate the fact that it is obvious that cleanliness is important at this PF. I can tell you for certain, this is not the case at all PF locations!

I decided to visit before the New Year and joined shortly after my visit. I have come to workout almost everyday and enjoy the progress I make each day I come in. This gym is so clean! I tried the massage bed and took a free tour as well. I would not go to any other place to get in shape.

The obvious commitment to customer service AND satisfaction displayed by the PF staff who assisted me with re-enrolling cannot go unanswered by my failure to offer both its due recognition and my sincere appreciation! On top of that, the facility--from floor to ceiling with equipment in between--was immaculate and in excellent repair, and the protocols for customers' health, safety, and well-being very obviously enforced. Finally, the location, situated in close proximity to other businesses--eateries, banks, grocers, and even a hardware store--on shared real estate with an expansive parking lot, evidencing a careful regard for customers of varying mobility ranges, offers convenience that will go far in keeping members returning to achieve their fitness goals. KUDOS PF!
