I want to give a shoutout to the awesome front desk gym member Martha! She’s always there with a friendly greeting and ready to help with any questions or concerns. Her knowledge about the equipment and classes is top-notch, and she makes the gym experience even better. I appreciate her positive energy and dedication to making everyone feel welcome. Keep up the great work Martha! Definitely recommend going to this gym!

Super great staff!!! Gabby is the BEST!!! Her customer service skills are second to none. I highly recommend this gym just from a customer service standpoint alone but, the equipment is top quality and very user friendly. This is the gym for beginners and the advanced alike. The staff is ready and willing to help out with whatever a person might need. Trufit, keep up the excellent work!

I’m new to Texas so I wanted to find a gym that matches everything I was looking for in a gym. When I heard about true fit, I knew that was the place for me. Albert helped me seamlessly in signing up for a membership. He answered all my questions, and I feel like I was really able to see what Tru Fit offers. Thank you Albert and I’m excited for my fitness journey at Tru Fit!

The staff is so polite and helpful but the place is a wreck. There's no mats or really places to stretch or anything. When I put my own mat down, it picks up so much dirt from the floor I've gotta dust if off before I roll it up. There's roaches😅 🪳 . A bunch of machines don't work. The layout doesn't promote good flow so there's groups of people waiting every time I went- and these were slow times like at 1pm-3pm. I wish it was suitable because of the location, but I'll make a drive to go somewhere else.

This morning Gabby whom was at the front desk was very sweet and nice. She took extremely good care of me and nade sure all my needs were met at the gym. Super compassionate and great service upon entering the facility.
