I love the gym, the ambiance is so good inside. I like the free paid personal training session they offer when you signed up for membership. My instructor, Jaylon, is very professional. He’s VERY PATIENT instructor with his trainee. He gives a welcoming ang pleasant vibes whenever he’s teaching. He really wants you to be healthy and fit. I’m a beginner at this and so I don’t know my goals in life are but he’s there to help you set them up and help you make a plan to motivate yourself to get that goals. I will recommend this gym membership and join their program. I’m looking forward to the goals we setup.

I’ve been a member for a couple months. Staff are very friendly. Restroom supplies (soap and paper) sometimes run out on the weekends. Equipment is decent and plenty of options.My complaint with this gym is that you can’t change membership levels w/o canceling and paying a cancellation fee which is ridiculous. If I have to cancel to change plans, I might as well find another gym that values customer service which is what I plan on doing.

The people at the check in desk are much friendlier than they were a year ago when I joined 10 Gym. The people who clean the gym do a good job.

Equipment is poorly maintained. Smells like a high school locker room and (pardon me for assuming your gender) it's definitely a chick that's in charge of the music. Nothing gets you hyped for a set like some Lizzo.*Edit*I added a star because they got new equipment and ripped out the nasty carpet. Thank you.

Been loving the staff and gym here for a while. Always pleasant, conversational, and helpful. Equipment is usually always available, even in heavy usage times.
