I've been a 10-Gym member for almost 5 years now. The gym has become such a toxic place now. Staff calling the police on long time gym members being "too loud" and then banning them. Moreover, no longer a safe place for females. The members are all still awesome people. A couple of new staff have destroyed a great gym. Probably going to another facility!I believe that is the same 800 number the harassed woman called to report the harassment and was told by a 10-Gym VP she was a liar and had her membership revoked for reporting the harassment. Yeah, that number is no good.

I love everything about this gym! They have a variety of different machines to use, so you’ll always have something to work on. It’s very clean and the hours are amazing. This gym definitely accommodates all my needs. My personal favorite is Jacobi!!! He has outstanding customer service and is just a great individual in general. The facility is really nice and the staff is great. Jaylon was super helpful in explaining equipment and different exercises and helped to decrease my nervousness being in a gym for the first time in so long.

10Gym is a great gym with everything you would ever need. The workers are very kind. Was having trouble with my account and was able to speak with Jacobi who was able to fix it for me with no problems!

I liked the gym, but I want to know if the static cycles work, I tried to use them and they didn't work to increase the resistance. Additionally, I would like to know with the plan that I acquired what help I have with an instructor because I receive a class one day. I must say that Jaylon is very professional. He knows too much about your profession and I hope he continues to be friendly and healthy even if they don't take paid classes, your kindness makes a difference, and I really liked the class he received. I hope you can help me with these questions.
