Equipment is poorly maintained. Smells like a high school locker room and (pardon me for assuming your gender) it's definitely a chick that's in charge of the music. Nothing gets you hyped for a set like some Lizzo.*Edit*I added a star because they got new equipment and ripped out the nasty carpet. Thank you.

I’ve had a good experience overall. My personal trainer Timothy gets me motivated and keeps me motivated. I would definitely recommend this gym if you are interested.

I've been a 10-Gym member for almost 5 years now. The gym has become such a toxic place now. Staff calling the police on long time gym members being "too loud" and then banning them. Moreover, no longer a safe place for females. The members are all still awesome people. A couple of new staff have destroyed a great gym. Probably going to another facility!I believe that is the same 800 number the harassed woman called to report the harassment and was told by a 10-Gym VP she was a liar and had her membership revoked for reporting the harassment. Yeah, that number is no good.

I love everything about this gym! They have a variety of different machines to use, so you’ll always have something to work on. It’s very clean and the hours are amazing. This gym definitely accommodates all my needs. My personal favorite is Jacobi!!! He has outstanding customer service and is just a great individual in general. The facility is really nice and the staff is great. Jaylon was super helpful in explaining equipment and different exercises and helped to decrease my nervousness being in a gym for the first time in so long.

I liked the gym, but I want to know if the static cycles work, I tried to use them and they didn't work to increase the resistance. Additionally, I would like to know with the plan that I acquired what help I have with an instructor because I receive a class one day. I must say that Jaylon is very professional. He knows too much about your profession and I hope he continues to be friendly and healthy even if they don't take paid classes, your kindness makes a difference, and I really liked the class he received. I hope you can help me with these questions.

I'm new to the gym. I finally overcame by gym anxiety and decided to give 10 gym a try! The vibe here is amazing! I chose here because they have childcare! And it's $6 a visit or $17 a month. With 2 hours a day max. So that's a steal! But it's more just supervised childcare. My kiddos didn't love it. The people who work in there seem to just sit by the door on their phones lol. Every time I peeped in, they were doing that. Would be nice to see them interact and play with the kiddos. But my babies weren't crying or screaming so that's good! My kids are almost 3, and 4. Other than that; awesome place! Great machines! Stand up tanning beds! They have 4, so you never have to wait in line! Sauna was nice, hydro massage chair I haven't tried yet! Overall I would Recommend them! I did the month to month, no contract for $29. Then you have to pay the annual fee of $49. But that's it! Also I wish people would smile more lol 😂
