I’ve been to PFs all over the area and I’ve been a member for many years. I love the staff at this location but the facility lacks love from management. For me, the massage chairs are a big feature. In other locations, there staff can turn them on from the desk or they’ll give you 2 five minute coins. Here there staff has to accompany you to there chair and they can only put it in test mode which is only 5 minutes. The machine takes a moment to set so you’re really getting a 4 minute massage. I’ve asked many times but nothing seems to get done about it. Additionally, I’ve asked about the foot straps on the spin machines but nothing has happened either. The spin machines say the membership has expired and I’m not sure if they’re supposed to say that.Another feature about PF is their kettlebells and resistance bands, but they have a limited amount. They have 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 pound. No 25 or 35 so if you want to move up weights on your sets you can’t unless you just add more reps. Very limited or non existent light resistance bands. If you’re in the functional training area during a peak time, odds are that you won’t be able to complete your sets.I gave 2 stars rather than 1 because of the staff here. Although, there are great PFs in the area with working massage chairs, kettlebells, spin machines and resistance bands, this location has the best staff I’ve ever encountered. Super friendly and personable no matter the time of day.Update: massage chairs have been upgraded and can be set by staff from the desk. You get 10 minutes and more features.

The General manager Mike is awesome, he was able to work with me. I was about to cancel my membership but he stepped in and helped work with my situation. Great leadership.

Review dated: 5/17/2023-- We gave PF another chance and all was good till we tried cancelling for a second time. The office staff asked that both my wife and I had to go in person to cancel and we did. On the same day I cancelled so did my wife. I just checked my checking account and noticed they have been charging me for over one year and I called them and now they are claiming they have no paperwork on my wife's cancellation. This place is shady when it comes to cancellations.Review from 2 years ago: I called to cancel membership 6 months ago and they never cancelled. Three months later I called because I noticed they were still deducting me. The manager confirmed he cancelled the membership. Three months after that I still see deductions and they said oh yeah we see notes on your call but you never cancelled. The only reason I called was to cancel. The Planet fitness rep said that she could not help me and refused to provide me information to contact customer service or upper management. This place is very shady.

Dirty black card amenities. There were no paper towels to clean the tan booth room, so I had to look elsewhere for paper towels and my booth started the timer while I was still trying to sanitize it. I went to another club.

Disabled veteran who has been sick for the 2 years I've held a black card membership. Staff will not cancel my account even tho I have been unable to use the gym except for 3 times when I first started it two years ago.

I joined as a gym beginner and I feel very comfortable here.The staff is nice and the gym is always clean.Even during rush hours, you can work out comfortably.

They deleted my review Mercedes is a rude employee who is useless and doesn't help but will happily hang up the phone on you when you're explaining that you are being robbed for three months by this company i am so frustrated I have to go through my bank to fix these issues because they refused to help me everytime I called or went to ask. If you want fake accounts made with your info and your money stole this is the perfect place

Best place to go to if you are fighting a disease. Other members will make fun of you and trainers will encourage you to come to them when something of the sort happens. The moment you do decide come to them they will join in and make fun of you as well like little children instead of Mature Adults. All while thinking you don’t understand what’s actually going on there. Instead of helping you the Manager will continue to let it happen and even go out of his way to mar your image in front of new employees whom you’ve never even met prior. They will pretend to be on your side and take the first chance they get to find a way to kick you out unjustly. The Manager Mike will even make up rules in an attempt to kick you out. Sending his underlings to try to enforce these fabricated rules. Proving to be the exact opposite of “the Judgement Free Zone.” To this so obviously POOR Management It won’t matter if you’re the victim. I would bestow negative stars if it was possible but it’s not.

Gym is very clean, equipment looks well maintained. The music playing is pretty awesome and motivating. But the gym is very small, the machines are placed very close to ones another. It gets pretty crowded even at 6 AM, and no the tracker is not very accurate. The parking lot is small and packed. This gym would be perfect if it was bigger.
