Fitness place with several different exercise equipment, free weights, tanning beds, and massage chairs/beds. The place gets jam-packed after 4pm. The place has changed significantly, which I believe has a better feel to it.

I love going to the gym but in these past few months employees have been careless about hygiene and germs. All except one dispenser had paper towels so everyone wasn't cleaning their stations. Me and many others walked all around the gym to get a paper towel to wipe our machines down. I even got some one by one till I had enough and put some at another machine for others to use. The workers were just hanging out talking. Please take this serious, alot of lives were lost due to covid not too long ago, I don't want everyone becoming careless again.

All of the paper towel dispensers were out. Sanitizer bottles were half full but no towels to wipe down equipment. Staff as normal were on their phones and gossiping!!! Very unclean place today. Disappointing to say the least

Customer service was great! I love that they have the customers clean each equipment after use. Pretty nice and clean

Nice cold showers, no water bottle station, and a terrible shower/changing room set up (unless you like to walk in front of everyone in the locker room naked). Van lifers, don't come.

Noone has been of any help I’ve been told the manager will call me and after a month of requesting they get another of this bench. been asking this gym when they will be ordering another of these half incline bench since they only have one in the ab station but this bench use to be located by the weight since I use this for my back when lifting weight. All the other locations are friendlier and have more than one of this bench i only come here cause it’s closer than the other locations and also I really cnt ask the trainer for assistance since she’s always in the bathroom on her cell or talking to memebers but not actually training them actually crunch fitness is right around my house so maybe I should give them another try n save my gas

Clean place lots of space. Good to get in at anytime you just want to do so?e csrdio. Good atmosphere easy to walk around and find equipment. Friendly staff. Got in with the one dollar down classic membership super affordable.

Beauty Angel's machine has burned-out lights for almost 6 months now. They seem to need more than one person in the early morning hours. It's sometimes hard to have consistency in routine when the attendant has to take care of the gym duties and the front is unattended. There are several machines they added ha don't have a cushion for the arms and that makes the machine unusable. The staff is friendly.

I've been coming to this gym for years. I'm talking like 6 years plus. I have joined other gyms to get a different experience but never canceled. I've seen tons of employees and managers come and go but this place never loses its cleanliness. I joined crunch because I was wanting some free weight squat racks and canceled here for literally one week. Took a while to see how crunch maintain the flow there and no crunch is nasty and dirty now. I'm so glad this place maintains its machines and clean atmosphere. Planet is like home. I actually feel bad for canceling. But it was only one week. lol

In my travels, I had the opportunity for I visit my his PF location. Took me a bit to find it, but only because it’s tucked in the back. I have to say, though, I was impressed as I walked in. Staff was very helpful and friendly. This is a very clean location and there are plenty of machines and weight areas. But I have to add, I was more impressed with the Black Card member area, as they have a good amount of chairs/loungers and a cool new virtual one, as well. Before checking in to one, a friendly staff member was very patient with me and helpful. If I’m near here, I would definitely be visiting again.
