That's okay but a lot of equipment they're not open yet but they're still charging full price I don't think that's fair for anyone I think they show cut their prices since half of their things are not running like their Jacuzzis are saunas I don't think that's fair for us to be paying full price and not enjoy what we like

This place is trash. The Gym management doesn't do anything about their staff harassing members about masks and gym bags. This place is turning into Planet Fitness!

i been to several place , so far this facility is exceptional clean , staff are very professional and polite, one thing in common in all of places is that couple or few hill-bily red-necks , stereo type who doesn't like other people that difference than them . need to sort out these people and get rid of them than this place will be among the best to work out.,

Terrible General Manager Lindsay. No respect. The place is mediocre it would probably be better if the the GM did her job instead of worrying about the irrelevant things. Water fountains are all broken upstairs just an FYI.

Amazing membership options, amazing stafff and service. so much value in one stop not to mention the Cafe is delicious! been member since 2001 and Lifetime Algonquin is only place I would go in area for health club needs. My son learned to swim with aquatics instructors, and I saw incredble results in weight loss and muscle gain with the Help from the Personal Training staff. not to Mention Cycle! try AMP with Saira!

After having explored multiple gyms I will tell you this is my favorite. Its large, has a great child center, excellent cafe is you finish a workout before breakfast/lunch/dinner/elevensies/second breakfast/snack/tea time....etc... Any ways, I really do love this gym and though it may seem expensive, its prices are on par for with other gyms that offer similar amenities. And, if you travel a lot its nice to have a national brand, I've used this location, Schaumburg, Atlanta and Tampa.

I have been a member at the Algonquin facility since it opened and I am really disappointed with what is going on regarding covid. I understand certain policy changes such as wearing a mask, however, I am very disappointed that Lifetime will not open the rock wall to the public even though the child's center is still using the rock wall. I joined Lifetime because it has a rock climbing gym, a very nice one. I am not paying for a day care, I do not have children therefore I do not receive any benefit from the day care. I live closer to Northwestern and get a discount through work, I'm sad to say I'm considering cancelling my membership with Lifetime as Northwestern does not have a rock wall. Additionally when I ask the Manager, Lindsay, when the wall will open, I get a very rehearsed standard answer, seems fake. I was also told they are happy to cancel my membership if that's what I prefer, that by no means is a response to help me understand when the rock wall will be opening back up.I would much rather prefer a "climb at your own risk" environment just like the rest of the facility is currently running, rather than closing the wall to the public and still allowing the day care to use the rock wall, that seems very hypocritical and money driven.
