Absolutely great workouts! I sweat and burn more than I’ve ever have before. All the coaches are great, fun and focused. Get in get out, DONE in 45min! Mission accomplished! I’ve been steady and I’ve gained strength, stamina and lost 15lbs in the process, now getting toned. Brought my wife, and she is hooked and motivated like never before!
