Top notch. This is my first time taking a boxing / fitness circuit type training class. One of their sales reps called me to offer a complimentary first class after I signed up for their newsletter alerts. My wife and I visited on a Saturday morning and man what a great way to start the day!The location is located off Elk Grove Blvd near the new CostCo and Buffalo Wild Wings. The facility is great, the music vibe was dope (hip hop/trap), the coaches and instructional videos to show the workouts were hella helpful! Best workout I got in a long time!Wifey and I signed up for two memberships for the four classes per month, but I’m pretty sure now im gonna upgrade to the unlimited sessions.100% worth checking out.
