I don’t have enough great things to say about Unleashed! 1. Instructors- are ALL AMAZING and each bring a unique experience! 2. Bikes- are THE BEST! No knobs here! You can see your gear and adjust it simply pushing up or down on the lever! 3. Classes- so many to choose from! 4. Times- as early as 5am throughout the day into the evening! 5. Days- 7 days a week! 6. Atmosphere- UhMazing!!!Look, come check it out! Your first ride is free! You’ll LOVE it!

I have been going here since October 2017. I bought a Groupon but was unsure if I would like spin classes, but I wanted to give it a try because I needed something new.I've been hooked from the start! Good vibes, good workout! The instructors are awesome and will make you feel right at home. I love love love this gym!

Since a friend brought me to Unleashed Cycle Studio for my very first spin class, I've been hooked! I didn't really know what to expect and was nervous for my first class but the instructor walked me through, helped me set up my bike, and explained to me the lines on the screens. Every class brings an intense and FUN workout. The music's loud, it's dark, and the vibe is just amazing. I didn't realize how much of a workout spinning can be but it challenges me and leaves me feeling good EVERY single time. Classes are offered throughout the day and easily booked and managed through the MindBody App. Every instructor has been very encouraging, fun, and I find myself at the Cycle Studio ALL the time. It's been the best form of therapy on my bad days and the best way to get some me time in when I just need to get away from life's craziness. Love this place so much!

The most wonderful GYM in Elk Grove. If you haven't been a guest, you have got to try this amazing place called a gym, but feels like home! Family is so encouraging. Love you all ❤️️
