I just signed up so I don't really know much about the facility but the staff are very nice and it's very clean. I will be starting my workouts this week and can leave more information later.3/1/2022 starting my third year and even with the restraints of covid and other things it's still a nice place. Very clean and the staff are very friendly.

Great gym for the locals. My personal opinion you should get a squat rack that isn't a smith machine. Doing squats is like fighting the machine and the stance required to use the machine is unnatural and feels a little unsafe. With the Smith machines there is a lot of room for error that the machine compensates for, improper lifting techniques is all you will develop using them. Just my opinion though.

I like the location on Green River road that I went to was very clean and the employees were very kind and helpful when I was trying to get signed up for membership. Please Jim itself had a very laid-back and relaxed vibe to it that didn't give me the feeling of being pressured or body shamed. overall I had a very good experience and will definitely be going back.

Pretty nice gym but couldn’t use my card on file to pay for water and didn’t take cash. I’m a black card member and it feel like much of a benefit based on that!

Love going here to workout!! Nice people and love the equipment!! Very close to my house and work!! I'm happy that I can there any time. I l got the membership and can go workout at any Planet Fitness anywhere.

Just switched to this gym. Staff was really friendly, helpful, and polite. Like the machines. Wasn't too busy for a Sunday. So far liking this gym. Open 24 hrs. And I don't have to feel self conscious about my body. 01/01/2023 New Year and still going to the gym. I like this gym netter than any others. I can't say enough how friendly and helpful the staff is.

I am 42 and go to a gym nearly everyday. My son wanted an actual gym membership, instead of getting fit at my work gym.Overall, I couldn't be happier with the Black Memebership, it allows me to bring him as a guest everyday and instruct him.The facilities are always clean and the staff is very friendly. It is a great environment to get fit make friends and gain knowledge from fellow members.I typically use barbells and free weights, not necessarily the same equipment that I am used to, but it still does the trick and is a great compliment to my normal routine.Overall, I am very happy with the membership and would do it again💪🏼

It used to be nice. Internet was down for a month and all I got in response was, shrugs and "I don't know what's wrong." Last couple days homeless guys sleeping at the door then inside using bathroom. I'm sorry he's homeless but also brings in his suitcase and just sits there with half smoked cigarettes stinking. Children working out unattended day and night. Super disappointed.

Always clean with a friendly helpful staff...and the equipment is accessible at all times. I always look forward to my visits.I am recovering from shoulder surgery I underwent in early November...and with my doctor's approval it is wonderful to return to my favorite place to get back in great shape!

Customer service was very informative and walked me threw my black card , Tanning is my main thing and the red light bed , tried lay down and was a good , clean, and hot beds, stand up are amazing just 9 mins and like layed for 20 seems bulbs are constantly changed .!! price for members Is heck of a deal !! Massage chairs are amazing, tried hydro Massage today , very different.. other tanning places are way more
