Not a bad place, like the red light room and massage beds, but don't go their if you are in to strength training they can be a little judgemental.

Always clean. Not too crowded and with App there is a crowd meter. So you can tell how crowded it is before you decide to go

Personally I think the atmosphere is becoming overcrowded and it's hard to get to use the gym equipment even at after our times I try not to go there during peak hours but I still have difficulty getting in there to work out.
