I used this 'gym' for about a year. We would often workout at 3-4 am. One night/morning we were really lifting hard, the place was empty and I grunted a little while pushing some heavy weights. The attendant sounded the 'lunk' alarm. They worry about my grunts causing gym intimidation but they had a professional body builder at the front counter. Talk about intimidation of guest.

Fiance and I have memberships. Very nice, clean, well equipped gym. Could not ask for more for more. Better than many expensive gyms. Has massage chairs and tanning beds as well.

I love the environment of this gym it's very clean friendly people an awesome work out equipment what they don't have an I wish they would consider is a couples plan my husband an I want too get a membership again but the down fall is that we have too get too memberships an that's crazy we are married so that is something I feel they need that is the only reason I haven't got my membership back.

Clean gym. Not smelly at all. The staff is excellent. The massage chair and water bed compliment the workout. Get the upgraded membership.,It's worth it.

I've been working out here for a few months and I do enjoy it. Any complaints that I have are brand related, not specific to this facility. I think that restrooms could be monitored better, as far as making sure it is well stocked.

It's a great place to work out to get your exercise then makes lots of friends the staff is very polite and helpful you have to go there to see the facilities a lot of things to do great place to be thank you

Very Nice Facility that is clean and organized. Staff is very Nice and make you feel welcomed. This is not a Muscle head Gym but if you are wanting to get in shape and not be intimidated this is the place for you.

Really enjoy this gym. Plenty of machines and a very clean environment. My only complaint is there are no dedicated squat racks or bench presses. They are all smith machines. The dumbbells also only go up to 75 or 80 lbs.
