What a blank joke! They have then billing my account 2 times for every month and not one person said anyting I had to find it out on my checking account statement no one can help me you have to send a letter to have anything done. If you call corporate the only thing you will get is a recording and a hang up. They send u an email saying rejoin,. But that's not true. It's to open a whole new account. I am trying to post it so no one else gets caught up in this mess

I carry 2 gym memberships. This I keep because it's cheap, closer to where I live and the facility is always clean. Planet Fitness is geared towards anyone but does lack in some of the heavier equipment. I know it's not what they go for but it would be my only gym of so!

Really nice place to work out. The equipment is really nice and clean. I like to go when it's not busy because I get really anxious when there's alot of people there. So it's nice that it's open 24 hours

Everyone hates on this gym, not sure why??I do know, however, that it's the best gym in town ! ! ! !(in my opinion).I truly feel it disciplines you in a way that allows you to not be like the typical gym crowd.(Slamming weights, yelling, being obnoxious in many ways, etc..)I mean it is a gym, so you will get those few gym goers who think they can do whatever they want, but 99.8% of the time, the atmosphere here is amazing and the people are friendly.Best place to make gains!

After trying out both Planet Fitness locations on the East and North side of town, we decided to stick to going to the North side location. The older gentleman that works at the East location was rude to us as new guests, so right from the start we didn’t feel welcome. There is hardly any natural light and the equipment crammed together in corners of the gym. It felt quite gloomy and secluded. But it is a gym after all and is functional, just not my preference of the two locations. Not to mention the East side location is in a not so safe area compared to the North location.

Laid back atmosphere. If you are a casual lifter who doesn't use free weights, this is a great gym. Equipment is clean and maintained. The free tanning and massage machines are a nice added benefit to the black card membership.I'm still not a fan of having free Tootsie rolls on the desk or free pizza once per month but again, if you are just a casual gym goer, this is the place to do it.

Clean, organized, and nice staff. There is only one voice that matters when going for your goals. And deep down we know whose voice that is. No judgment

I go at night so this review can only cover that, but the employees are nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They are always cleaning, which shows as the gym is very clean every single night. The machines seem taken care of and the other late night guests have all been respectful and courteous so far - which is perhaps the MOST surprising part to me. My Planet Fitness visits are always very relaxing, unless I ask to be pushed and the employees are good about that sort of thing.

This is great for a small gym. I would have undoubtedly given five stars considering how incredibly clean the facility is, how enjoyable most of the staff are, and almost all of the equipment is in like-new condition with plenty available. Not quite on board with the judgement free lure though. Don't get me wrong, I thoroughly support anyone to reach a regular schedule of healthy exercise. It can be exceedingly difficult to get into a reliable routine and discouraging when change doesn't come as quickly as we all hope.My issue is it's that some amenities are absent under the guise of acceptance. Essential components towards tracking progress like scales and workout logs are considered contraband at PF facilities. This policy does not want those that are too uncomfortable about weight that the sight of a scale means that they don't provide even a basic scale, let alone a health-positive body fat percentage measurement scales. By choosing to not provide such equipment, PF is actually impeding many more members ability to develop and progress with these markers of measuring basic health parameters and tracking their progress and feel the rewards of a persons efforts and dedication.Plus, it's a marketing and sales scam. Essentially saying that you can be a member. Work out however much (=little) you want and never worry about being disappointed. Sounds good, sure. But it's also very similar to the 'everybody gets a trophy' logic, an attempt at preserving or even (falsely) inflating confidence. As many are aware, one problem that this has that it's entirely artificial; no real reward or recognition of achievement. While there is truth that any exercise is better than none, this idea of 'feel good without evidence" will likely result in a slow build up of frustration or even anger that can fester into shame and compel those who halt working out to still maintain their membership with the half-hearted thought that you could start again any day.PF, basically, please provide some mid to high end weight scales and body composition measuring devices. Please! If it's truly about not making a small segment of members uncomfortable, you could keep them in a discreet location of the locker rooms. This would help privacy concerns as well
