I have not been with planet fitness for not even 1 month and they charged me $10 fee for a LATE fee. I used my fidelity account and mauricio the manager accused me of trying to get a free ride i told him that that was not the case. That i had not even been with planet fitness for 1 month to get charge this fee. Please dont sign up with this gym location. Looking at previous reviews looks like mauricio is the problem!

In order to join planet fitness you MUST join with a credit card , they do not accept cash....they want your information that could be hacked,stolen and in the hands of people you shouldn't trust and do not know.Several businesses from Marysville to Bellingham have been investigated by the feds for scams where their employees were stealing credit card information and stealing from bank accounts.

It truly is a non-judgmental place to get your work out in, The staff are very helpful. I absolutely recommend plannet fitness for anyone that is looking for great safe place to help you reach your physical goals. It's very clean too!

I swore off planet fitness for almost a decade. I interpreted their judgment free zone as judgment itself. I half expected to only see moms and old people, but I was surprised to see a mix of people from every single walk of life, including the usual gymnasts and meat heads. Only down side is that there's no pools, saunas or steam rooms. But with what they done have, they make up for with massage chairs and hybrid red light therapy tanning booths.

Get pretty busy during peak times. Best time is late night or early mornings. Nice staff and relaxing hydro massage table is a nice finish after work out

Pretty run of the mill Planet Gitness center. I've noticed that most of them are generally the same while a few others here and there stand out by having seemingly newer equipment, bigger facilities, better showers, etc. Staff is fairly friendly here but not very knowledgeable on promotions, I feel like this particular location is definitely geared more towards the "casual/once in a while" exerciser lol

The gym is now bigger and better since I started 3 or 4 years ago. Definitely still a good environment for newbies at the gym.People do come here with masks but some remove them after being cleared from the front desk. I personally don't care about this one but some people might.The gym is still lacking compound movement machines like the Smith Machine. There are only 4 available at the time of writing this.Given I have a better gauge of what a 5 star is, downgrading this to 4 but could be a 5..

I’ve been a member Planet Fitness for years, until my membership was canceled. The evening male manger (His name could be Marcel not sure) walked up to me and accused me of being my wife’s “personal trainer.” I informed him I’m not a “personal trainer” I’m just working out with my wife. He kept repeating himself “You’re training your wife and you’re a liability. I am watching you on our cameras.” He was quickly getting angry and raising his voice as I kept telling him I am not a trainer, just working out with my wife. He then said “You both need to go. I am canceling both your memberships. You can go to another gym.” He starts yelling “Now! YOU NEED TO GO, NOW!” Funny thing my wife never even said a word to this aggressive manager, and he canceled her membership. This was our second visit together. I work out around 5 AM and my wife workouts in the evenings. We have never been disrespected or escorted out of any establishment. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Management needs SERIOUS training. Other than management it’s a decent club.

I like it here. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym stays clean. There are very few machines out of service at any time. So affordable. :)

If I could double the stars for this person I totally would! Haillee always goes above and beyond for the people that she helps. I started going there after a long time not working out because I was post partum and feeling uncomfy- her warm smile and gentle heart has made it so when I go there, I feel like a VIP. I’ve made a true friend. She is the reason I keep wanting to go to the gym. When she isn’t greeting customers she is out on the floor cleaning the entire gym. You can definitely tell she is passionate and pays attention to detail. Haillee will always greet you with a warm smile no matter what kind of day she is having. My days are better because of her! ❤️
