New ownership, mostly same staff, but most of all NOT OPEN 24/7 which was why I joined to begin with. A couple of staff need to be fired. The current "manager" is not there in afternoons and nights....ever!

Guy with dreads/braids at the front was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. He mentioned I had to go to my home gym in Seattle and go transfer my membership in Seattle here or else my husband will be banned from coming to this gym with an extremely annoyed attitude. I told him that I have moved to Marysville so that is too much travel for me to go back there and do that. Later he mentioned that I could do it at this gym.He was unhelpful, angry, and condescending. All he needed to do was try to be nice and give us our options and we would have complied(which I did- I transferred to Marysville gym right away with the QR code he gave) My husband and I do not feel good coming to this gym again and that is unfortunate. He unfortunately did not have a friendly attitude and made me feel very uncomfortable as a woman .

I received a free pass online , arrived there to find out free is actually $20. The place was clean and well equipped. The fact I was persuaded to try it for free but then had to pay was upsetting. Yes, I could’ve left, but was already there ready to workout .

Worst experience at any gym. You get to pay for a gym that allows staff to be racist, rude, disclose members information and there's absolutely no consequences to employees. They can openly disrespect you, with other active members and off the clock employees. If you don't comply to their racial profiling or accept their racial slurs or bigot behavior they will call the police on you.The bathrooms are disgusting and hardly cleaned. It is the biggest hassle to even cancel the membership. And absolutely no assistance or care from Management or corporate.If I could give zero stars I would...

This gym is very nice and big, equipment is clean and the black card perks are great. Employees are also usually very nice. My only issue is the men's locker room is extremely gross, there is a constant smell that doesn't go away, every single time I've came in over the past few weeks of starting my membership it absolutely reeks and I can't use the equipment near the locker room because the smell just wafts out. Other than that it is a great gym!
