Nice facility, but you get what you pay for. They have like 40 TVs (or whatever) but only 3 have closed captioning on them. When I asked staff about this, they said they are trying to sell wired headphones !?!? So, yeah, it's that kind of place.

The gym itself is pretty darn clean, the staff is pretty friendly, plenty of cardio equipment, multiples of popular workout machines. The only thing I have a problem with is I havent seen any of those wild people that you normally see in the planet fitness videos lol

*Update* After filing a complaint with the BBB, I was unable to receive a full refund. I then filed a dispute with VISA. After their investigation, they determined my claim was valid. Such a shame these unethical businesses continue to remain open.Wish I could give negative stars. I requested a refund within the 72 hour window via email. I called, but apparently no one answers their phones. When I stopped in to hopefully get this resolved, the lead told me it was in my best interest to not be refunded since I wouldn't have any monthly payments. Really? I don't understand the thought process here. I was then told to contact the owner, but wasn't given the name or direct contact information. Instead I was given the same generic email that I have already emailed and have yet to receive any communication back. I have yet to receive my refund and will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

They have not been able to keep any consistency with following mask mandates. At one point they told everyone they didn’t need to wear them while working out now they have signs stating they are required but no enforcement. A quick glance tonight showed 10 people not wearing them

I like this gym. It is very convenient for me being close to my house. It has all the work out machines I like. The best part about here is the massage chairs and beds that you can use after a workout. This place does lack free weights.

No cash option to avoid the listed billing nightmares giving credence to the billing nightmares.They are set up for stealing from you while protecting themselves from the possible employee theft or walk in robbery.Pretty clever actually.But shows a complete distrust of society as a whole.Caveat Emptor .Followed by a canned reply from " The Owner" to contact the staff that informed me of the no cash options in the first place.If " The Owner" is concerned about 1 star reviews, maybe " The Owner" should actually read the reviews and reply accordingly.So now I'm downgrading from buyer beware to, I highly recommend not giving your banking information to any business with multiple complaints involving banking information.

They keep it very clean and I have had great experiences with the personal trainer Megan at this location. Their classes are a hidden gem! Take advantage of them. My only complaint is 1-3 of the stair masters are usually out of operation.

Love the massage beds and tanning/red light therapy booths. There's TONS of treadmills and plenty of weight training equipment. Glad I found this place!! Their black card is like $25 a month and gives you access to hydro massage chairs and the tanning beds/booths.

Don’t waste your time with this Planet Fitness. The restrooms are gross and not cleaned properly. The staff can’t even keep the spray bottles filled throughout the gym. They seem content to gather at the front desk and play on their phones. In addition, they couldn’t process a simple refund for a product. When they called the manager for help she didn’t know how to refund for products. I ended up leaving with the product I didn’t want because it wasn’t worth the wait🤔 It’s quite a shame they can’t hire and train qualified staff for this location. I have been a member since they opened and the customer service and cleaning practices have steadily gotten worse. I recommend you don’t waste your time or money here.Please don’t be fooled by the inexpensive membership, you get what you pay for!!

Good selection of equipment, well maintained and clean. My only complaint is the lack of free weights. They could replace a few of the absurd number of treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes etc. and put in a couple of power racks with some barbells and proper deadlift areas. Those are relatively inexpensive and don't require much maintenance.
