I hired a practitioner to help me find exercizes for myself, an elderly woman of 87 years old. She was undertrained, knew nothing about the older body's capabilities. I quit after 2 sessions and have not returned.

Love that this location has the outdoors and to find out that they will be taking it down upset me because that was the whole reason I purchased my membership to this location. I really enjoy working outside and the inside gets pretty packed. Please do not shut down the outside gym!!!

So recently heard that this location is removing the outdoor gym which really upsets me because the membership fees have gone up ridiculously and the inside weight room is tiny! Gets pretty packed and not enough space. For the rates on these memberships we were told that the outdoor would be there to stay permanently!! So was pretty excited specially since I personally do workout outside and enjoy being out there and not feel crowded and can actually get my workouts complete. Seriously In-Shape that is very disappointing!!! KEEP THE OUTDOOR GYM OPEN

This used to be my favorite location a bit as of lately something is always malfunctioning nothing ever works at the same time the hot tubs will be cold the sauna is down there’s no dryer so there’s no towels half the bathroom stalls are working at this point I feel the need to call corporate and let them know they’re going to have to deduct some of this from my membership I shouldn’t have to drive around for a whole bunch of different locations because my location is constantly under construction in someway formal fashion at this point it’s not really worth paying as much as I’m paying every month because I can’t get Use any of the things that they have this is so annoying

Very nice and clean gym. The atmosphere is peaceful and the people are very nice and courteous. I've been and inshape member for years and I reccomend this gym to anyone looking for a gym to go to

I tried to call at 1:15 p.m. on a Wednesday to ask if In-Shape has special rates for Medicare patients with mobility issues and with a doctor's prescription . I selected #2 for new account information, then got a bunch unrelated pre-recorded information, then had to select "customer service" and then select "English." Then comes a voice saying that my estimated wait to talk to a service agent was over "45 minutes". I thought that can't possibly be for this one club on Dover Avenue. But sure enough, I waited and waited and finally gave up after 15 minutes. Reading all the reviews makes me wonder if it's worth going to this place. The responses to complaints by management are weak, namby pamby brush offs which do not give me any confidence that they are listening to complaints and really engaged in fixing any problems.

They billed me when my club in Suisun is still closed. I called customer service and they absolutely refused to refund my money. I cancelled my membership to prevent further charges and had to call my bank to dispute the charges to escalate my situation since the administration at in shape has no sympathy for the pandemic situation.
