I have come several time between 3:30-4:30 am and the overnight wasn’t at the front desk to check me in for the black card amenities. Had to wait 20-30 minutes for someone to come out of the office to check me in.

Just needs to be cleaned more. Great place to workout although. Front desk was very kind for 3 in the AM so I can't complain. Keep being awesome at what y'all do.
