Respectfully as possiblePlease stop trying to bill me I have never been inside of this place and I don’t plan on it.I reached out and contacted this place several times .You will not inconvenience me and I will not go to the location or write a letter to cancel and or get you to stop trying to charge a dead cash app account.This was open by my child and if stated this several times .I can’t even log into the account online .Please stop your madness or I will files a civil law suite.

I'm enjoying my workout experience. People are going in a safe environment. Where they are not being judge and we are enjoying our workout. There are cleaning stations in every area that you work out. After a good workout I enjoy the hydro massage and the massage chair. I enjoy a good shower after I workout.

Very nice clean gym. Great friendly employees and people. My only concern is they are too happy with the lunk alarm. There is nothing too excessive of any noise. For every little sound they hit the lunk button. Save it for when someone really yells or slams the weights not the normal sounds when working out.

Love coming to this location. I've never really had a problem with the staff or anyone. Only problem I see is the mask mandate. You constantly see folks walking around without their masks and the staff never says anything to them. Just as soon as my stepson and I walked in without one.....we were stopped at the door and told that we could not enter without one. They should provide masks upon entry for their MEMBERS!! Hell they could even make a planet fitness mask and sell it. We had to walk around the shopping center to find a mask.

Notice a male(fully masked with glasses, hat, and very long dreads) just hanging out in the women's locker room, then somehow I noticed they walked out of planet fitness then back in. At that point I realized it really is a make. I went back to locker room to wash my hands after my workout and they were coming out of the shower then back in with nothing just walking slow. Made eye contact several times because I wanted him to know I noticed. Luckily I just wash my hands in there and leave. Told one employee she didn’t seem to understand and acted confused. As I left I told one more so hopefully he did something. I will not return. Disturbing and scary. Be careful ladies!!! Disappointing because I just got comfortable coming back to the gym. Smh I wish I could’ve unseen this. I really wanted to go here. Maybe reconsider this mask thing inside the gym. You’re touching equipment after others anyways. Contradicting and easy for people to do whatever they want.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Restrooms have been in good form when I've been here. Showers and a changing room are available. Wait times for equipment are usually not a big problem, unless you go in during a surge. But the PF app has a check-in feature that will let you know if the gym is packed or not. Staff walks around and actively cleans machines, but PF has cleaning spray stations conveniently placed all over the gym as well. They are a 24-hr gym.

I’ve been to nicer Planet Fitnesses. For the amount of workers they have there it could be much cleaner and less downed machines. The mirrors are always dirty and there always seems to be a leak in the roof somewhere. Very nice employees though!

Love going here! Always a good environment besides the occasional customers. Always clean and good service.** B’ up at the front desk is amazing ! Always says hey and makes you feel welcome. Also noticed the bathrooms and locker rooms are clean and situated when she’s working ! Keep doing awesome !

Chris at the front desk is Great! Pleasant demeanor and suggested a change to my membership details so that I could save a ton of time checking in to different locations because I travel as part of my job. He was the first and only one to notice the issue and the only person to offer to fix it, and I have been to 10 plus PF locations it was one of the reasons I ended my previous membership with them and joined a different gym a few years back. He worked hard to solve the issue and never lost composure. Knew his stuff, give him a raise!

Their bathroom showers are gross. My home gym keeps them pretty clean maybe I’m spoiled but like, no. Black card memebers pay a good bit and it includes the showers. Oh and there is no wear hang your towels. No where to sit your bags. Currently standing in a towel while they reset the water. My home gym would never.
