My husband left his wallet on the workout floor and someone took it. He realized it about 10 mins after leaving and went back to look for it but couldn't find it. We had $130 in cash plus the bank cards. Definitely sad to see how people are but I don't expect anything less.

Be Alert Crazy Women about 5'3 or 5'2 on sunday of this week Orange - yellow curly hair type short had a green long sleeve ! Followed me to bathroom so weird I see her chating with one of representatives starts Harrassing me and talking nasty to me . Does not leave you alone ! Starts looking for drama stays there till 7pm . I ask representatives they said they cant do nothing ! Be alert theres crack heads going to gym and going into bathrooms ! Well People on drugs bad experience in a GYM ! This should be Stop and more safety for us Members. They should have better camaras too !!

Young woman & gentlemen working Jan 14th 12 noon just seemed to not enjoy their jobs, 100% UNHELPFUL, didn't care for questions or concerns, and seemed like they were ready for a nap. Ill be going to the Ramsay location from here on out. Tanning bed was blowing cold air, the stand up shut off 3 minutes early, i refused to even bring it to the attention for the stand up because when i complained about the bed they had an attitude. This location needs more informative employees & employees with a better attitude.

Good gym but a couple of issues to fix.....there were a couple of machines that were out of service..some seemed to be easy fixes so it seemed dissapointing not to be able to use it...there should be at least two of each machine in case of out of service issues too....also I've been to other Planet Fitness' and the TB redlight machine has internal music but this one did not...

I have been in manny planet fitness location and this is one of the worst . many broken machines that are never repaired. maintenance is lousy. The owner of this location, instead of worrying about making money, would have to worry about having a decent gym.

I had a great experience, plenty of machines to work on, didn’t have to wait for someone to finish so that was a plus, and the staff was helpful. I also like that they had paper towel dispensers and spray to wipe down the machines stationed all over the center.

The employees are fired after a week it seems! Trying hiring better people! Seems like nothing but black people work there, odd, but true. I like the main stay guys totally! It's the girls who have issues. I have heard them over talking about white people, which is stupid! It's a gym! I like it, and am staying there, because who you hire and fire is not my issue. The people you do hire, 1 out of 10 is still there. The older females are lazy and do nothing in the gym, but stand and lean on the counter and talk!!!!! Better people, better gym..... Send them across the street......haha

A little irritated that the “mask” mandate isn’t being followed properly. Have been coming here for about a year no one ever gave me a issue with not wearing a mask. Came in a few weeks ago they asked me if I had one, told me I needed it just to walk into the building which doesn’t make sense. But the people telling me I can’t workout unless I have one wasn’t properly wearing the mask to begin with! Down below their noses or mouth. Then they walk around the gym and pull the mask off to talk to other members? How can you mandate something but not even follow the rules? They want you to keep other people safe but we can’t even sanitize our hands bc every station the sanitizer is out they said it was a battery issue, but how is the light blinking red? How can I properly follow guidelines when the gym can’t hold up the standards? Spoke to management and all I was told that if I don’t wear a mask my membership will be terminated but yet her employees don’t wear their mask the correct way! At that the same equipment has still been broken for over 3-4 months but I get charged maintenance fees so I wonder where that money is going too.

They are running a promotion, teens workout free all summer. Now the entire gym is slammed by tweens hogging machines, taking snapchats and face timing. Time to cancel my membership. So many people are about to cancel as well

I say look at other places before and be aware they have too many broken things that take way ro long to be fixed. They have so many step machines that don't work. Then they had 2 and one has been broke sor too long. Other things broke and now both hydo beds in lounge and one one the other room is STILL broke!!! I. Looking around at other places. I will say the staff is super nice.
