Hate to write this review but I've been with planet fitness for 5 years and it wasn't until yesterday that I heavily considered going to another 24hr gym. For the first time I actually decided to use a locker and when I went back to grab my bag out of the locker roaches came crawling out. I immediately notified the staff and they apologized. I showed her the locker and she saw where the roaches crawled to. I shook my things out 3 times to make sure no roaches were in my bag considering I have to take it with me and was scared that a roach might be in my car or something if i didnt make sure. The bathrooms also need help, I've seen cleaner rest stops while on the road. Due to me not wanting to hold onto my gym essentials the whole time I workout or leave them inconviently in the car I feel as though I just have to find another gym that makes me comfortable but it is unfortunate because $10/month with all the equipment I need personally was pretty good.

Place is crowded at rushhours. Dirtier then another locations around. Lots of machine's are broken for more then a year.

Same issue again for the 5th time 07/13/2023 Night Shift. By now I could've walked out with all these items plus the cash register. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I'm a member here and the customer service is beyond sub par. I had to wait 30mins for a employee to come to the front desk to check my out to purchase some products. This type of service could cause the business to miss out on a lot of money, and when she showed up she was rude. So this issue needs to get fixed, if not this business could lose a lot of money due to the lack of employee accountability and carelessness. Anyone could have walked out with the entire register if they chose to and also walked out with free planet fitness products. So this issue has to get resolved before this company starts losing consumers as well as products, but good job at keeping the place clean. Thanks Anonymous member
