Came in at 12am on the 22nd. the young lady behind the desk was very helpful and welcoming. GIVE HER A RAISE IM SURE SHE WORKS HARD!

Been a member for years, love the convenience that the 24hrs allows so I can work around my crazy schedule. Also, its super affordable and the perks are a plus as well.

Great gym. Spacious equipment and friendly staff. I love the the new line of equipment they just received.

The gym is great but unfortunately they can’t give promotions back to any individual if said individual accidentally deletes it. They will refuse resurfacing the promotion no matter what it is and won’t offer a deal. Very disappointing.

The bathrooms are dirty and showers are gross.The only thing i liked about this location is the equipments.

Been all over the country to a lot of planet fitness locations. This is the best layout out of them all, here's why: Theres plenty of floor space to stretch or do non-equipment workouts. The weight area is spacious and has plenty of benches, both incline and straight, so that you're not fighting to find an area to exercise in, nor are you on top of another person. The showers have a great setup: theres two curtains with a space in between to stand in, so that I dont have to shuffle over to the Single changing booth in my towel.Heres why I dropped a star: The bathroom reeks pretty severely. I can tell it has been cleaned every time I'm there, but they dont seem to have a cleaner that can get rid of the years old urine smell, and no kind of deodorizer in the bathroom itself. It's so bad one can smell it upon entry. Some of the equipment in the gym isnt in fantastic shape- wear and tear that has been neglected to the point that the equipment is falling apart i.e. the pull up machine's handles are coming apart. I've seen hard plastic replacement handles for those which offer a better solution from the rubberized ones. The water fountains are terrible. The water pressure is so low that I simply dont use them anymore.I'm sure the corporate response is going to be "speak to the management team" but that's not my job. Why is that my responsibility?As a manager, perhaps they should walk and inspect the gym every once in a while, because the problems are obvious and noticable, if they simply gave a care to do so. Why should I, a customer, give you input on how to better manage your gym? Pay me and we'll talk.This location could be great if some TLC and attention increased. I noticed they installed a bunch of new treadmills but the other problems have been persistent for the whole year I've been going to the gym. Be better.

The team members are very helpful and the customer service is great! The gym is clean. I don’t feel intimidated going because everyone there is trying to meet their own goals and aren’t worried about yours. As a plus size beginner, I feel comfortable being there. Other guest are very helpful. I like the fact with my busy work schedule and home life that I can fit going to the gym anytime because it is 24 hrs. I just wish there was one in Hope Mills, closer to my house.

Don't pay for the amenities. They only let you use the massage chairs in 7 minute intervals. You have to go back and forth to the counter and wait in line get someone to turn it back on for another 7 minutes. Just when it starts getting good it shuts off. Also, they will renew your 1 year contract without your permission and charge your debit card a $98 club fee. Very shady business practices. Will NEVER go back to ANY Planet Fitness. EVER!😖

I have been going to Planet Fitness for 3 years and I have enjoyed working out every time. I love the equipment and I love the options they have on their app. The membership is affordable and their locations are everywhere. Let’s not forget they always have great promotions for new memberships.I would definitely recommend Planet Fitness to anyone looking for a gym with great equipment and a affordable price.

Planet fitness isn't bad in general but this particular one isn't good. Tons of the machines are broken, one of the urinals has been down for 2 months. It's like the money we pay isn't being used to maintain the place at all. I do actually like the staff quite a bit so there is nothing against them. This is more toward the store owner.
