Last Sunday (9/15/2019), Crunch Fitness volunteered to provided a Zumba warm-up for participants of the Walk With Us 5k (Folsom) in support of pediatric cancer. The Zumba instructor Bonnie was amazing! She tailored a warm-up specific to the participants and not only warmed-up, but HYPED up the crowd. If I lived in Folsom, I would definitely be taking Zumba classes at Crunch; not only because Bonnie was wonderful, but also because of Crunch Fitness' commitment to community.

I haven't been here long, but the trainer I worked with was excellent, and the front desk staff are friendly and competent. The gym is clean, not too busy, and affordable.

Great gym, we love Ali in kids care and our son does too! Staff is nice and helpful if you need them. Very clean too.

I give a solid five stars to this gym. I love all the machines, and the staff are absolutely amazing. This is a great gym and is definitely worth more then the price! Would recommend!

Fantastic gym! Great location, brand new machines. A lot of moving space with CrossFit area and group classes. You can’t beat their prices! I strongly recommend doing group personal training to reach your goals. Very professional and friendly club.

Super friendly staff. Easy terms to understand. Clean facilities. One complaint, although this happens at every gym I have belonged to, gym bags on the floor by members who believe they don't have to follow gym rules. Staff does not address this issue.

Nice inexpensive no frills gym. I see several others quitting the expensive gyms in the area such as Lifetime and California family fitness and 24 hour fitness here.Great quality equipments.It can get really crowded though in the evening between 6 and 8.

Great place for workout. It has everything, for every style of training I might ever wanna do.Pros: Neat clean facility, equipments & friendly people.Decent crowd upholds value of no judgment ever.Suggestion: It will be more helpful if they change weight measurement tool to the digital one.& can increase the open hours in night.
