I have been looking for a nice, clean gym, with all the tools necessary & something affordable to have a great workout. So happy that there was a crunch that opened in Folsom. It’s super nice, the workers are very welcoming, and it isn’t crowded and I go after work (around 4PM-6PM).

I've had memberships to three popular gyms in the Folsom area and this is by far my favorite. Lots of machines and weights so you don't spend a lot of time waiting for a spot. This Crunch also just opened so all the equipment is brand new. Clean bathrooms, 4K TV's, indoor turf, & tons of weights. I was very impressed with this gym especially for the membership prices they offer. You will not find a gym experience like this in the Folsom area for the same price plan Crunch offers. It's also worth noting that they have three weightlifting platforms that allow for squats & dead lifts on a solid wood surface. Crunch Folsom is definitely worth checking out!

Crunch Fitness is the best one that happened to me . I previously enrolled in other gyms but I find this one better in all aspects compared to others. Very friendly front desk staff, amazing instructors (with different classes) , very nice facility , flexible timings and amazing part is fees is very reasonable and I am happy that am loosing some weight and i asked my friends to enroll and they joined too.

I decided to join Crunch at the Folsom location only so that I can workout on my lunch and my other gym does not have any locations in Folsom. I really like this gym. It has everything I need to get in a quick workout on my lunch. I would say the one thing that I was disappointed in is that there is a sign on the door that advertises memberships starting at either $9.98 or $10.98 (I don't remember the exact number) but when I signed up online for only 1 location membership without any of the extra perks (message tables, chairs, tanning, etc.) it was $19.98. I was expecting around a $10 membership for only being able to go to 1 location without perks but I joined anyway only for the convenience of being able to go on my lunch break.

Amazing new facility with plenty of space in multiple areas to do floor work. Big open room outside of class time to freely do what you wish. Punching bags and sled grass inside that is great for the athlete. Very clean gym and music isn't too loud so you can listen to your own in peace. Friendly staff and patrons are a good mix of people wanting to better themselves

Love this gym! I was a member at Cal Fit for over 15 years, then switched to Lifetime. After both gyms being so overcrowded and overpriced, this gym is a breath of fresh air. Clean, not crowded, has all the equipment you need and the price is a steal!

Big, clean, and never crowded. This gym is great. There is multiples of every machine so what you need is almost always available. It never gets super crowded even in peak hours. The staff is really nice and the gym is always pretty clean. Highly recommend for the price.

Clean and all equipment is very accessible. I was at 24 hour fitness, nice but pricey. Anytime Fitness, okay but not enough equipment or space. Also I belong to Republic Fitness because its the only place close to my work for lunch workouts, and this crunch is way better for same price! Granite Bay crunch is nice too, but more crowded.

Awesome gym, men's locker room can use some cleaning though. I did the 3 day trial and purposely went on peak hours to see how busy it gets, totally dead. Love it. I go to Lifetime Athletic in Folsom and is my main gym as well but it's extremely crowded at all hours of the day and takes 3 hours to workout on some days. So I go to Crunch when Lifetime is beyond max capacity, don't have to wait in lines for literally hours for anything at all anymore. Crunch is dead during peak hours compared to Lifetime, plus it's nice to change the scenery. They also let you dj in the gym through an app on your phone if you want to pay for the credits. Some of the music they play sucks so it comes in handy if you forgot your headphones. They only have one bench that isn't bolted down to move around for more advanced workouts, so I can see that becoming an issue eventually. Hopefully they can get more. You do have to bring your own lock for lockers, kind of a bummer. They also close at 7pm on weekends, which is extremely unfortunately because a lot of people are gym rats and have no social life and would rather get gains weekend evenings and relax. Hopefully they can change their hours to longer. Overall good gym and location.
