All the equipment is great and is always available, you never really have to wait which is perfect. The staff is also super friendly. Overall, Crunch is a really welcoming and comfortable environment to be in which I really appreciate!

Older blonde lady running the front desk was very rude. Turned several people away including myself. Shame because this would have been a convenient spot- staff seems to have an attitude problem. I'd rather drive a longer distance to a better gym.

Clean gym, friendly staff, and absolutely no judgements! I really like this location!The class leaders, personal trainers, and front desk staff all are truly incredible. Wonderful people work here, they make you want to return again and again.

This is my favorite crunch location. I've tried 2 others in the area. It is always clean, staff are friendly when you approach them, and the equipment is well kept. They have a group fitness room, TRX, cardio machine, and HIIT area. Love it. I really enjoy working out here.

Best place if you want a gym which has all the facilities and training without the basketball courts or swimming pools at a pocket friendly cost point. Would definitely recommend to a frnd. Bring your own locks and also make sure to know that there is an annual fee apart from the monthly fee. Also expect to see crowds during peak hours. I would sneak inside past 8 in the evening or do early mornings

Janna and her team are awesome! I always feel so welcome here. I've done some personal training as well, and have had some great results. The facility is always clean, and the staff is always friendly.

I love this place, all the crew always makes me feel like if this place was my home. It’s the cleanest club I’ve ever been to (I’ve been to 50+ clubs through my career as a runner). The general manager, Janna, is not only a great leader to her people, but she also makes sure to give proper maintenance to the installations and she is even knowledgeable about supplements and nutrition!!! As long as I live in Folsom I will NEVER quit this place !!

Very clean gym with nice equipment! The members are great and the staff is so friendly! I’m a professional boxer and have been working out for most of my life and I highly recommend this gym!!

I absolutely love this Crunch! Super nice staff and the gym is always clean! Soo happy I found this gym!! Everyone here always has a smile on their face and if I ever have questions the staff is always quick to answer. 100% recommend
