One of the Best Gyms in Sac, it has lots of machines and free weights unlike some gyms that are cardio focused. It’s nice that it’s actually open 24/7 and really affordable!

Absolutely the worst. Patrick the owner and manager Gloria! We cancelled the membership however they kept pocketing the money for so many months until we caught them and reported! Check your bank statements and never trust front desk saying few signatures n ur good to go!Yes we have. You ve been pocketing our money! And Gloria when cancelled never sent us cancellation letter then you ask for a proof!!! Enjoy the money!! Your gym is absolutely the worst. Use my money to upgrade your equipment

This gym is the perfect size without too many frills. It is clean, plenty of machines without crazy wait times, and a sauna. It is a clean facility with polite and efficient staff members. Good job!
