Awesome gym, great equipment, and very positive energy from all the fellow members.I would give 5 stars but they hired the weird gym couple who previously worked at Orangevale Calfit. Many members from Calfit agreed we did not appreciate the constant tension and awkwardness their presence brought to the atmosphere.Little strange when your boyfriend follows you to every shift you work and then lingers the whole time.

Best gym I've ever been to. Clean and new machines....tons of amenities.Anyone who has an issue with their health and well being and who are worried about their own safety (referring to the pandemic), worry about yourself and have your own responsibility. Stop trying to control others behaviors because they are actively doing something (or in this case not doing something) you disagree with. In other words if this gym isn't up to your standards, kindly f*ck off.

I heard about this gym through a buddy of mine, so I decided to check it out. We went initially to get a 7 day pass to try it out, however, after walking around and speaking with the owner, we signed up immediately. All of the equipment is brand new and top notch, the space is clean and inviting and the amenities are fantastic. The staff is all very nice and helpful. I have been recommending to everyone in the area!

I joined this gym when it opened in February. Loved the array of machines. However, since the pandemic hit, it seems as though they are more into making a buck. When they reopened this past summer, management and staff did not wear a mask and did not implement wearing one. Although I wore one, people near me coughed and sneezed and were not cleaning their machines. Now don’t get me wrong, we are all accountable for our behavior but when you have staff walking around NOT wearing a mask and speaking with clients not following the guidelines, and trainers doing the same, there is a problem. This is why our county keeps going into purple. If you care about your clients, you’d implement the rules. Disappointed to say the least.

An incredible, affordable gym with down to earth and professional staff. It does get a little busy, but for a good reason. During COVID, they continue to make sure people are staying healthy while maintaining a very safe and sanitary facility. I am lucky they’re here and will absolutely continue my membership and cancel my 24 Hour Fitness membership when other gyms reopen indoors.

The gym itself is pretty clean, given the monthly price and number of people that are here. It’s always incredibly busy during any daylight hours. I’ve tried going at 6am, 1pm, 3pm, and 7pm and I’m just blown away by the massive amount of people that are constantly there. I will be canceling my membership because I usually have to wait to use most weight machine or the squat racks. I don’t come to the gym to stand around.

Great gym with the essential needs, but machines take a while to fix, unfortunately (over three weeks). You get what you pay for, so you can't complain about the price. It is really packed for sure, even after 9 pm, but thankful that it's open. I wish we didn't have to wear masks.

Wow! What a great place! Very reasonable monthly no contract pricing. 24 hour access. Friendly people. Tons of high quality Life fitness equipment, cardio and free weights. My favorite is the treadmills with built in multi media monitors to watch TV or link your smart phone for music or videos. Clean hand towels when you walk in. Free personal training and classes. Locker rooms are clean and they provide body wash etc. End your workout in their massage chairs! I love this place. Locally owned, I met the owner and he goes out of his way to make sure your happy. This rating was not solicited. I am a paying member and I want to see this great club succeed.

There was a sign stating to keep masks on, but probably 1/10 people had them on. Girl who helped signed my partner & I up was extremely unprofessional asking my partner if he was planning on getting the vaccine or not when she found out he was a firefighter. Not sure why she felt the need to ask, but she also gave her personal opinion by telling him he shouldn’t get it... This took us back because it’s none of her business as a front desk associate telling a complete stranger her advice on someone else’s health and well being? Glad we got a refund because this place was quite an unpleasant experience.
