I came to look at the gym. The guy who was working the front desk was a total tool who did not listen to why I’d come down. They have a first responder discount advertised, but when I asked about it they said no—so much for first responders. Also, this facility is clearly in violation of the the County’s mask mandates. No one, staff included, was wearing a mask. Additionally, the hand sanitizer was employed as you walk in the door. This place is obviously a garbage facility. If you go here you’re a tool as well.

I have been a member of this facility for close to a year. The owner and operators of this facility are extremely responsive to concerns, cleanliness and overall care of the gym and the members. I work out daily at 3 a.m. during the week and I always see the gym being cleaned. The person who cleans the gym cannot also come behind members and clean equipment, such as dumb bells, after each member puts them down. That’s the member’s responsibility.I’ve been a member of a few gyms and this is by far my favorite. 24 hours. Closely monitored. Well maintained equipment. Responsive ownership and management. Great price. And it is clean gosh darn it!!!!

Sauna in the men’s room seems to constantly be down and repairs take quite some time.Staff at front office do not seem to enjoy picking up the phones.

I'm very grateful to Excel Fitness for staying open during the pandemic. The staff is extremely helpful and they keep this place clean. There's lots of equipment and they have a fitness room as well.
