Nothing spectacular, has the basics, but they changed their policy so you have to be 16 or over to use the gym now so my 13 year old daughter can't go with me anymore. Will have to cancel membership now.

They have all the equipment and bike's you need, even a couple of message chairs and a sauna room! The gym is also open 24/7 which I like it fits my schedule for my work outs!

Affordable gym for lifting and getting stronger. The staff is friendly and they’re always cleaning constantly. Bathrooms are always clean. It’s been 1 week and I love the atmosphere!

Very good gym, reasonable rates, open 24/7, biometric entrance. The reason I'm knocking off 2 stars is the lighting. It's got terrible florescent lighting. At night especially it just makes you look terrible and for me, it significantly worsens the experience. If they fix the lighting, it's a 5/5.

Clean environment and helpful staff every time I arrive at the gym. The handiness of being able to have access to the gym at all times with the key fob is the main reason this gym works for me.

Awesome workout spot! I've been working out for over a year here. People are generally very respectful and polite. They could work on wiping equipment after usage. You get to know the front desk after working out here a lot and they are also very friendly!One thing I LOVE about this place is that it is open 24/7 so I can go there at midnight when there are fewer people, and it's nice and quiet.There are two full body massage chairs. Just take off your shoes and make sure you aren't sweaty before using them. There is also a sauna in each bathroom and you can control the temperature if you need. There is also a room full of mirrors where you can stretch, use the stationary bikes, and use lighter handheld weights. There is another section to use heavier dumbbells. There are several squat racks available. Two deadlift areas in the corner.There are also cubbies to store your belongings. In the locker rooms, if you bring your own lock, you can store stuff in lockers too.You can pay debit for a cheaper month to month cost or you can pay annually and get a free month.There is a badge system and you enter after you tap in your badge. If you are entering for the first time, then use the door on the right side to open, it is unlocked.

Just started lifting again and was recommended this gym by a buddy of mine and I was not disappointed. Well maintained equipment, perfect temperature, and unlike some gyms with 24 Hour by name, they are actually open for 24 hours. Oh and all the employees are super helpful.

I don’t even go to this gym but was checking the reviews because I was planning on joining and the only negative was not requiring masks. That a real American owned business. Wear one or don’t. Nobody cares but you and mask wearers. Choose a different gym if you feel you can not get sick from someone wearing a mask. Seems like it’s packed enough with out you.

I have been meaning to write a review for this amazing gym for a year now. 1 year ago I took the leap to get back in the gym after a decade off. At 44 years old I was nervous, self conscious and quite frankly scared about how I’d be received. First off the staff are absolutely amazing. Friendly and super helpful even at 5am! From time to time I’ve had questions about equipment and they are so easy to approach and show me what to do! Patrick especially a thank you to you! Excel is lucky to have you! Next I want to mention all the beautiful people we’ve met. Every morning we are welcomed by the 5am usuals. Smiles and laughs all around and they are always so helpful and so encouraging. When we skip a day we get accountability reactions in a super supportive way! I’ve never once felt self conscious or out of my element. Everyone is so helpful too! It’s crazy to me how much I miss this gym if I’m out for a bit! If your nervous about taking the leap with this gym take it from me, DO IT! You will not be disappointed!
