I love coming here I usually always come around 11pm and lately I’ve been really impressed by the work ethic of jazzmine she has been doing a great job of keeping the girls bathroom clean !

Its a gym people, there's bound to be some dirty towel on the floor or something, least all the machines are working 98% of the time. Its does get busy at certain times just like any other gym. Don't expect a fine dining restaurant experience where the staff are constantly asking if everything is okay and have bathroom assistants to hand you a towel. People are there to workout and just that. Happy to see there are no real meatheads huddling like a jv football team all over the weights like other gyms though.

Bad customer service: no enforcement of 30 minute fitness area. No managers nights and weekend, poor management of club. No name tag and off-the-clock employees run the front-end. They refuse to enforce there policies- I refuse to come back! Go to another gym- never had a problem at 24 hour fitness!

I'm giving them a star just to post my review...I use to live in South Gate where I originally purchased my membership..The staff there was well trained to keep a smile on your face. The first day I enrolled the customer service rep. gave me a tour of the place so I would know where everything thing was...bathrooms, showers, lockers, sauna, tanning and gave me a schedule of the days of the trainers..Well I move to Funtucky and when I pay my son's and my membership the customer's service was so eager to get the credit card to charhe and then not even a THANK YOU FOR JOINING..Never showed us around nor other information...Was very disappointed..I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP....This place needs a good manager that will train the staff to treat their customers with more courtesy. It very pitiful they gave me a bad image for the image I had about this place. Very sad to see this type of unprofessional staff.

The gym is actually not that bad and the membership prices are reasonable. It gets very packed Monday and Tuesday but after all the non committed gym members stay home. Wednesday - Sunday gives you a chance to get your workouts in with every machine. The cleaning supplies is always provided but, some people tend to forget to clean after themselves.

Good gym but this guy has been here for like 1 hour just staring at everyone working out thru the window

My gym is awesome! I usually attend the Fontana location, but I am a black card member so I can visit which ever one is close by. I love this place!

From the moment you walk into the gym, you are greeted by a friendly staff. There are tons of equipment for whatever stage you're in. It's always clean including the bathrooms

Whas a good place to work out in the afternoon. But now it's ridiculous you can't even get a good work out it's to packed and all the machines and equipment are always busy.and there's people waiting by all the machines just to try and get a work out.what they need is to open a 2nd one in Fontana. So I'm just gonna cancel my membership it's pointless to have one there now. Ima just go elsewhere.

I would of thought it was great but there's a guy that goes there that drives a black car with his bumper missing from the right back part, he hit on me and when i said no he insists then when he finally gave up he yells 9 piece super loud and hits my car with His hand. Turns out hes a crazy stalker that hits on every female that goes there.
