Tried to get help with a gym membership transfer, went in to the store was told to go home and do it online. I asked if they could help me in store since I was already there and front counter girl said no even though she had two free …

It's cool for the price. The gym is clean. Staff has no soul and looks dead inside but they're helful if u ask for help.

Better experience today. They had a person walking around cleaning. Make sure to clean machines before you use,them. There ar edd,people who don't wipe down after use

I came in to downgrade my account three months ago and talked to an employee inside. However for the past three months planet fitness in Fontana, has been continuously charging me. (Or stealing).I've called about 10 times over the past week and the pathetic excuse of a"manager" Jocelyn, never seems to be around. I've even left voicemails detailing the nature of my issue but I haven't heard a word from these clowns. They're probably too high to respond since they're always getting high in the parking lot.That's fine, like I said in the voicemail I left today. I will contact coorperate tomorrow and I am filling a claim with the Better Business Bureau.Thanks for being absolutely no help at all. Ease off the pot, learn how to "manage" and train your employees so it doesn't cost your members money.Seriously the way you dodged me was pathetic, no wonder you guys work at "planet fitness" and not a 24 hour fitness.Sincerely,A Victim of Theft.

Its best to come early in the morning as theres less people, I typically come at around 7-10. Its only ever packed when I go around 3 or later. Just a tip, staff really need to put those how to flush signs cos people really dont seem to get it

How am I supposed to get lit while lifting if I can't grunt and groan the entire time. Also there looks like there's more space to lift and more weights but it's a small corner with 2 benches and no actual benchpress just a Smith machine. If you don't mind paying to use a treadmill or stair climber go for it. Thing is you can walk outside for free

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! This gym is worth every penny and the best part is that it’s 24 HOURS. So there is no excuse not to come .If your looking for a great gym that’s clean and organized... PLANET FITNESS !!!

Every employer is very nice and very helpful. Very balanced place. I don't like the message beds breaking down all the time and sometimes have to wait along time for staff to start up bed because they are busy customers.thanku for all u do.elizabeth diamond

The employees are rude and talk to you as if you are a complete idiot. The manager couldn't be any help either. I went to cancel my account after it being transferred because they couldn't do it because i wasn't a member at their facility so I was charged, not issued a refund and I felt like they didn't even want to help me because of the way they were talking to me.

So this is my 1st review and what a perfect place to rate then PLANET FITNESS. I can honestly say that this is the GYM for anyone and everyone if you have a goal you can reach it here. Before I sign up I had check the "competitors" I had gone to Chuzz,24hr, and La fitness I toke the tore and I work out for the free trial they where okay but I didn't like that it was wasn't really clean and weights where scattered why would I pay extra for massage bed and chair when planet had it so. I ended going to planet and right away it was a different atmaspher I felt welcome I did the tore and I saw that everyone there was working out to better them selfs not only do you have access to a lot of machines but u have a personal trainer for 10$ a month. You can't get better then that This is the gym for anyone and everyone. I can honestly say that the staff here is always cleaning and re-racking the weights. I like the fact that they are there to help you long term not so long ago. I saw the manager on duty I think her name is Vianey(hope I spelled it right) but a customer was trying to yell to her about her gym membership. Short story long she went over her contract when the 10$ will be withdrawal I think she handled the situation as professional as posible. I think you can't find employees like that anymore that try to explain with so much detail and be paton.I can honestly say this is my second home it's my GYM and do my part to clean up after my self so if u are looking for a GYM that is clean orginze and full of employees that friendly then don't look no further PLANET FITNESS is the place that's why I rate it a 5 out of 5 ^_^
