All the bikes are missing straps and make griding noises when you try to peddle. The adjustable benches are missing the knobs on the adjusting pins and some are missing the foot pads. Some of the ellipticals are off like they are bent. The mirror in the free weight area is broken with a piece of yellow caution tape over the break. The bathroom is always a nasty mess, toilet paper and water everywhere, unflushed toilets, empty soap dispensers, showers with hair everywhere.P.S. Most of the male employees are rude.

The membership fee is low. Has all the equipment I need for my fitness needs. Great place to workout for anyone. Sal is very helpful, any questions u have I would suggest you ask for him.

Very lazy most of all unprofessional, to cheap of services. Get to a real gym pay a lil extra ppl. I originally signed up for 60 bucks, not even month later I had a outstanding payment of 30 when I haven't even been there a full month. Asked one of the young girls what's the balance about she said I had late fees and a payment transaction didn't go thru?? I was not informed no call no email. Just hey! pay 30 bucks. It's just 30 bucks buy if they say it's 10 bucks a month they should keep their word. It's a kinda weird gym also first and last time for me.Than ppl upfront are just sitting around passing time on their personal phone or talking to classmates not knowing equipment needs to be getting whipped down and the restrooms are mostly terrible ppl leave underwear & clothes on the floor trash in the showers, showers seemed to be never cleaned. BACTERIA INFECTION should be called PLANET FUNK GYM. Or PLAIN FIECE'S GYM. 👌😂😂😎

I’ve been a member of planet fitness for over a year, I tried transferring my account from Pomona to this location, and the customer service here is excellent, their on point when you are needing for help. Aylin was very helpful and communicative, I would recommend others to sign up at this location.

Best place for a quick workout sessions, but the same groups take over those machines, and the staff doesn't make an effort to stop that. Best thing is show up in the mornings the gym is all yours. 6-7:30 is best in my opinion.

This is literally the worst gym I've ever been too! Most of the employees lack of good customer service! The workout machine are always out of service, padding on them is ripped. The Hydromassage beds never work. I'm pretty much done with this gym starting today! I recommend that you look elsewhere for a gym...

This is a peculiar gym. I've given it a 4 star as... It is by no mean a bad gym at all, it happens to also be a pretty clean place, For as long as I've been going there (1.5 years now) I still see the same gym. Clean, and having everything I need to efficiently work out. Of course regular bench press will always be better than a smith machine, but for safety yeah go with the smith. That is really my only complaint. This is a very fine gym, and I'll keep going there for a while 👍

The customers service is bad. It was my first week and people are lounging and texting on machines . I tried to do the 30 minute station and people won't respect the instructions posted. The gym personnel didn't help when I asked assistance so I could finish the circuit. I asked for a manager and she still didn't help. I'm frustrated with the service and lack of equipment availability due to people resting on it. You get what you pay for. Not worth it.

I don’t write reviews.. but today I got time. The staff is really unprofessional, there’s been a handful of incidents where the team members were very impolite but I’m usually laid back and go on about my workout. Today I canceled my membership because I forgot my card and the girl in the front told me “no card, no access” (I’ve forgotten my card before and used my phone number to check in) so I asked her to repeat herself and she said I “could download the app or bring my card with me the next time” understable, she could’ve said that from the beginning instead of denying me entrance when I clearly have a membership. Think twice about getting a membership here, if you do go early the afternoon staff is usually grumpy.

I don't understand the 5 stars people have given this place. This facility is at the most a 2 stars. The staff are lazy and disinterested every time I walk in. I've commented on the cleanliness of the place and they pretty much shrug their shoulders and told me there was disinfecting spray bottles. Pretty much telling me if I don't like it clean it myself.The place is filthy! I go mostly in the early morning and the trash cans are full, no cleanser in the bottles, the mats are all a mess. It seems like the only cleaning this place gets is when customers wipe down the equipment after use and not everyone does that. GROSS! Scared of getting a staph infection.I used to belong to LAfitness I only switched for the convenience but regret it.Yes the membership at PF is inexpensive, but that's not a reason to give it's customers such poor quality. What a shame. Thinking of going back to LA fitness. Not even worth $10.
