We love this gym. So much fun. Saturday and Sundays mornings the staff can belay the adults making it fun for even single parents.

As a total beginner i was a little nervous to try climbing. When we got there the staff got us started and we're super friendly and helpful. Had a great time.

Super big, clean, and fun gym. I love how a good amount of the areas are auto belaying which is great for singles.

TerribleExperience.I signed up my 3 year old son for a month one hour class and the teacher was not showing himAnything, not introduction, no guidance. There were 2Other kids that were more advanced and we could tell that been doing this for a long time which worked great because he did a little of what they did. But the so called “ instructor” didn’t instructed anything.People are very cold and not personable,Specially if you are assigned as an instructor of a 3 year old and helped them understand how you feel safe. Not coming back.

It is that time for the Google review. I’m closing in on a year at ascent and feel qualified to now make an accurate assessment of this gem, **gym! When I began climbing years ago, my home gym was spoiled with setting from an OG pro climber that set with outdoor climbing at the forefront of his mind. The community there was also a family versus faces passing through. After moving and trying multiple gyms, I was settling into the idea I wouldn’t find anything comparable to my home gym. That is until Ascent happened to me.This place brings me so much joy. The quality of the setting, the inclusivity and support from other climbers you encounter, the friendliness of the staff and setters, the lighting of the space, the ties to the community and their active engagement in giving back sets this gym apart from all others I’ve experienced. Also, their 30+ feet of climbing on the bouldering ramp is glorious. 😍 (Seen in pic attached below)Important to note: I am a little over 4’10”. Climbs being inaccessible due to reach has been a very common theme at many gyms I’ve visited. However, that is how fricken good their setting is at Ascent. My height is not a detriment at this gym. I be sending all the projs with my 6’+ friendsI am so grateful that the ascent family has created such an amazing space for us lovers of rocks to feel at home when the outdoors just aren’t as accessible.Join this gym, it is one of the greatest investments you will ever make in yourself 😁

This is an incredible place to learn about climbing, refine skills, and meet new people! I attended a climbing clinic this past Thursday taught by Jeff and was blown away. Jeff had such a good balance of excited energy and clear technical explanations. His bubbly nature was infectious, and had me excited for what was next. I was very happy that his enthusiasm did not at all take away from how clear the information was. It was absolutely excellent.I returned just today to do some bouldering, and after watching some belay climbing I asked Sam S. a few questions about how to control the rope more effectively. What followed was essentially a short clinic on rope safety, belay devices, and technique. It must have been only 5-10 minutes but the amount of information conveyed was awesome! Props to Sam S. for teaching me so much in a short time without it feeling overwhelming at all, I feel like I came away much more confident in how ropes work. Thanks Ascent, I'll be back soon!!

Not the nicest people there. I became a member this last month. I have not felt this community that all of the reviewers are saying… people at the front are cold and are frustrated that they have to do a belay certification.

Yoga classes are awesome. I’ve always had small class sizes and really attentive instructors.
