As someone who attended Orangetheory for months, I found this gym very affordable and effective. You just need to motivate yourself to sign up for group classes. I used to pay $169 for unlimited at OT but at $29 I get so much value and more diverse classes here. You can recreate OT workouts yourself using their equipment and the HITT zone. Hydro massage chair is plus. Definitely recommend as a cheaper OT alternative.

Love this gym! The personal trainers are great (my absolute favorite being Emma, she's a real OG and the nicest person there!) The atmosphere is wonderful and a place for everyone! I never have problems with anyone or feel out of place

Need to clean the bathrooms. Spoke with Cassie yesterday she said they would get on it. Went in today, guess she forgot. Absolutely filthy. It’s sad a new gym that just opened in October 2021 has become so dirty. It’s the management that runs the gym and it is obvious she doesn’t care. No reason to even bring it to her attention.5/23/22-sinks seemed kinda clean last Friday but definitely haven’t been wiped down since. The restroom floor is absolutely gross also, toilets also. Maybe you need to hire a cleaning company as it is obvious this GM doesn’t take it seriously, Covid is still here!!!

I have been a member of crunch since the very opening day. Not only am I incredibly disappointed with how downhill this gym’s equipment has gone, but with staffing as well. Equipment is constantly dusty and dirty. Weights are never reracked and always in the wrong spots. People do not use rubber plates on platforms and therefore it deteriorates the quality of other plates and equipment. Chalk free gym? Very untrue. Chalk is always splattered around weights and platforms (which I wouldn’t mind if they were cleaned). Gym always exceeds capacity of 572. Never any available equipment. Bathroom is never clean and always out of things like toilet paper and lockers are disgusting. Dirty snow packed down into lockers in stains. Many cable equipment has so much wear on them that it is almost impossible to have a good workout. The resistance has increased so much that 15lbs on cables can feel like 20lbs.Many pieces of equipment are missing pieces and are never fixed???Not to mention even four (4) front doors are broken.Tanning beds do not have proper cleaning solution. The problems with this gym are ENDLESS if you weight train. Truly only a comfortable gym for cardio equipment and classes (which I don’t even do classes)I used to love this gym. But I am planning on switching over to Another gym where members and staff both respect equipment and the love to workout.Edit: defensive manager refusing to take accountability for filth in bathrooms really shows who cares about this gym. Yes, tv stuck on an episode of American dad for over two weeks now.

I like this gym. Price is good. Friendly staff. I understand why people complains about not enforcing mask rules, but it’s impossible for anyone to confront every unmasked person. I think the staff is doing what they can. The locker room and gym itself are clean. Much more expensive lifetime where unmask ppl is a lot bigger problem. Good gym.

I love going to the gym. It has now become cornerstone to my well-being. Before I started working with Zach as my personal trainer, I disliked the gym because I always felt like I hurt myself, didn’t get a good workout for all the time I was spending, or couldn’t use most of the equipment because I had no training. I had a knee injury 2 years ago that was not healing. After many doctors and expensive treatments, I started to work with Zach to help rehab my knee. Now 5 months later I am able to run, jump, squat, and walk with my knee without any pain. Zach has been nothing but positive and encouraging. I now feel like I can do anything. He has given me the knowledge to take care of my body in the gym and with food. I am a vegetarian so getting protein is hard. But Zach did a lot of research to get ideas for products that would work for me.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I wanted to write one about the trainer I have been working with at Crunch - Zach Fleming. Personal training can be expensive, and I was a little anxious when I signed up about what the caliber of my trainer would be. However, Zach exceeded expectations and has been amazing. Zach is great at listening to your goals and then designing a plan to support you in moving forward. In addition, he provided me with workouts to do between our sessions and was available for any questions I had that were fitness related.Zach has definitely put me on the path to accomplishing my fitness goals. It had been a couple of years since I was last in a gym, and he helped me get comfortable with things again and extended my knowledge on different exercises.

Been there about 4 months of 6 days/week with 2 hour days. Poor maintenance of the facility and equipment, sometimes clean, sometimes goes days with no attention.Equipment selection 4/5Culture 3/5Infection control 2/5Refilling of consumables 1/5Staff 5/5, the front desk kids are chill and help as best they can for how little they are paidIts meh, not super clean compared to other gyms, sometimes the bathrooms are terrible sometimes they are spotless. Paper towels are frequently empty, trashcans are always full, hand sanitizer hasn't been filled since opening, equipment selection is good. Some equipment has been broken for many days, and seems unpainted. lots of the cable machines need adjustment, their tension is different for each machine.

I started this gym with full confidence in myself. I'm self motivated and very efficient with my own meal planning but... I was in constant pain in my left knee. I am the type to just live with the pain admittedly... Zach Is who I had a free training session with and I expected the usual... I can help you get bigger... Put on more muscle... Instead he asked if I had any pains and really listened and eventually told me he can really help with my knee issues... Of course I had doubt but I work a very physical demanding job climbing ladders and containers. So I figure I'll give him a chance since he says he can help me work and walk without pain again... My legs are more balanced than ever before stronger and now I do work and even squats with no pain. He taught me the importance of balancing and training the small muscles. He taught me HOW to train them as well. His knowledge is ABSOLUTELY amazing. Also! One of the best looking dudes I've ever met ha ha 😁

Tried to canceled my membership due to me leaving Fort Collins. Got told I couldn’t due to a manager not being in the building multiple times so I signed a sheet to get my membership canceled. I got told I would hear back from them in 2 days, waited 3 weeks so I decided to email there manager Cassie and she told me they would send over the paper work, never happened, so emailed her once again and never got a response.. I have got charged at least 3 times since trying to cancel my membership so had to go threw my bank to stop getting charged from them.. sad because i really liked there gym and the facility they have but customer service is definitely an issue.
