Super spreader gym. Zero mask enforcement, contrary to what the owner is posting on other reviews about masks. Even their employees aren't wearing their masks properly, clearly sending a message that it's not enforced. …

I don’t know who’s in charge of the live feed of how busy it is, but for those that don’t know, if it says “a little busy”, it’s extremely busy. Nothing open for me to use. Not to mention there are too many groups of people hogging the …

General manager not kind to her workers and seems to always put off customer complaints. Staff seems improperly trained due to lack of management being on the floor. Always out of paper towels. Cannot be mad at blue shirt staff as I know they aren’t management and can’t necessarily order more. Mask enforcement also starts from the top down, so it is a management issue. Also in efforts to hide my identity and deny any contributions I have to making this review, I changed my name on this review vs my real name on my membership. Seems to be a lot of staff turnover also. Miss the original folks who I had began to like.Nice equipment though! Wish there weren’t so many ego lifters and creepy men.

The facility itself is amazing. However, equipment is constantly broken although it mostly gets fixed in a reasonable time. Ive had multiple days where i couldnt get on a machine the entire session.I even watched someone use dumbells on a sitting fly machine to hog it. There is 0 parking, so bad all other businesses in the parking lot put signs up. You will pay $12 a month but you will pay for it in your own time. This gym could be alot better but no one seems to care.

DO NOT SIGN UP HERE! Impossible to Cancel. Hidden Fees Everywhere. Terrible Customer Service. Facility is WAY over capacity. This place lures people in with low monthly payment, but there are hidden costs everywhere and they make it impossible to cancel. The gym is always so absurdly crowded I decided to cancel immediately. They will not cancel over the phone and make you come in. I came in and waited almost an hour for a manager to see me but no one was available. I emailed the facility and the parent chain and haven't heard anything back. Now I'm getting hit with $70 charges that staff assured me wouldn't be charged if I decided to cancel during the trial--but they make it impossible to cancel so that claim is very deceptive. Management is not there to help you, they are there to make sure you stay trapped in the charge cycle.

I would give 6 stars if I could. This place has everything I need plus more. The only complaint is that some members foolishly ignore the sauna sign and broke the machine (at least 3times now) by pouring water (literally it has multiple signs saying don’t pour water but some people still do that). But hey I get it some people are selfish. This place is clean and service is good consider how many people come and go all day. Their social media team is great too, I love watching their IG posts/vids. Besides the sauna situation, most members are respectful and nice to talk to. I don’t remember names but few workers there are always helpful with good attitude. Great gym!

So far so good..Would have been 5 stars, but my roommate just came home with a bag of stuff, including the gym bag, water bottle, tanning goggles, and t-shirt, which was really cool. I was excited to go sign up. The guy that signed me up just hit every bullet point, like he was reading from a script and sent me on my way after I paid. I didn't get jack, would have at least liked the t-shirt that they say everyone is supposed to get when you sign up. Other than that, it's a very nice place. I went on Friday night at 6pm for my first time and was happily surprised to not see it so crowded. Can't wait to get back into a good routine and figure out how to work all of the machines. I felt lost in their on my first day.

Smells bad, crowded. Tried to cancel my membership after I already moved, "they don't do cancellations via email". I asked about going into the crunch in my new city to cancel, can't do that either. They expect me to write a physical letter and send it through the mail. I asked why and she said "company policy", couldn't even give me an answer. Megan if you're reading this, you were very nice about it, its not your fault, its your company's "policy".

This gym is awesome! The equipment is super nice, locker rooms are clean, staff has been friendly. Of course it’s busy, it’s $11/month so I expected it to be. I have gone a few times during peak hours and I haven’t ever had to wait long for equipment. Regarding the parking, it is full a lot of the times but if I can’t find a spot right away I just drive over to king soopers and walk an extra minute instead of wasting 20 minutes trying to find parking. Plus, I just count that as part of my cardio. Spots are tight though so in the winter with snow it might be more of an issue. Overall though, good first impressions and you can’t beat $11/month
