What a dump. I’ve been going to this gym since the first day they opened x5 days a week, and it has only went significantly downhill. Just in the men’s bathroom alone - one of the sinks doesn’t work, the soap dispenser is ripped off the wall or the others are never filled, the paper towel dispenser is ripped off the wall and there’s sometimes a roll of wet paper towels on the counter to suffice, the sinks and counters are always covered with gross protein powders and food residue, and the toilets don’t work sometimes. All of this has been this way for WELL over a month. And that’s JUST the bathroom - you can never find any weight clips for barbells anywhere - like they’re $15 on Amazon please get some more for a gym this size? And many of the machines are constantly broken with signs saying they’re not usable. Whenever it rains, water leaks from the ceiling in spots. And last, given the huge size of the gym, there definitely needs to be more than one of the pec fly/deltoid fly machine and the adductor/abductor machine. There’s constantly a huge wait. I don’t mean to be a Karen but it’s pretty sad to see how poor the standards of this place have become, especially in the bathrooms. I used to love this place so much. I’ve went to the CSU Rec, Raintree, & Alive previously and this is without a doubt the worst gym I have ever been to. I can literally walk into any 7/11 gas station and it would be better than the quality of the locker rooms/bathrooms here. I really don’t know what they even pay the management or workers for, because this place needs some serious work. I’ll be looking for another gym in the future.

Been a member since last January. Great gym and great selection of weights, only gripe is how crowded this place is. Ive had to wait over 30 minutes just to use a squat rack before. A lot of the stations and machines are taken up by people who sit on there phones half the time and dont care about other people trying to get work outs in. Summer time is bad but during college season it gets even worse. I feel like a vulture just trying to snag a parking spot and the petco next door does not allow gym parking. The only times I feel I can go is after 10pm now, and even then it can still be crowded, will be canceling soon sadly. This gym has a friendly staff and a lot of good potential. Just too crowded!!!

Sydney has been my personal trainer since the beginning of March 2022, and she has been amazing! I really appreciate how flexible she's been in adjusting to my changing work schedule, creating a variety of workouts and meal plans to try on my own, and keeping me accountable to my goals. I feel that I've been able to build healthier eating habits, as well as maintain a drive to want to go to workout versus feeling that I have to. She's also helped me feel more comfortable with a variety of different machines, which I now feel confident in using on my own. I'm really happy with the results I've seen so far.

The good: Love this gym for their wide variety of equipment and availability. The body scan was super cool too for such a low price, something like that normally runs you $300+ but you can get it here for less than $100 (included in my membership sign up).The bad: The cleanliness is awful. The showers and locker rooms are disgusting, I don't feel comfortable showering there which limits when I can go (have been trying to workout during lunch and go back to work). I plan on cancelling only because of the cleanliness and finding a gym that I can feel comfortable in the locker rooms.

I've been going to crunch since they opened! I absolutely love it there. Most of all I love my trainer Sydney! If you were like me and nervous about starting your fitness adventure then she is your girl! She made me feel so comfortable and excited to come in.

This is a very nice and well maintained gym. Fun environment overall. Cassie is very well trained and I’ve had the best customer experience with her over anyone! Not many issues just certain policy’s need to be clarified upon signing up for a membership so there isn’t any confusion. Keep it up.

I love Crunch Fitness!! Staff is always so friendly and professional. They always greet me when I enter and leave the building and they are always keeping the gym clean. They have so much equipment that, even during peak times, I am always able to find something to use for my workouts. I've never had an issue with parking no matter what time I go to the gym. Yes, you do need to bring your own towel and lock but, with all the money I've saved on membership fees compared to the other gyms I've belonged to, I will gladly go out and buy a $5 lock and a towel! Keep up the great work Crunch Fitness!!

I have belonged to some top notch gyms in San Diego, CA as well as in Madison, WI. I'm not one to write reviews, but seeing some of the negative reviews and people who 'changed their name' to write a review seems super sus. Because I have never been to a gym with so many amenities at such an affordable price. I used to pay $90/mo minimum for this kind of stuff. I'm talking child care, tanning, hydro massage, steam room, sauna, new equipment, great classes, awesome instructors (LOVE Julia). The staff are all friendly. I go every morning and it's never overcrowded. Yes - the mask mandate is pretty lax, but people are getting pretty fatigued of this. Even with the yearly maintenance fee, this gym is so affordable. I don't know how people are complaining. Oh - and I always manage to find a parking spot. I've gotta haul 2 kids inside so I do appreciate there always being spots available for me.Sincerely,An actual member

I joined Crunch when it first opened back in Oct 2021 & it was really nice to have all brand new equipment to use. I did two 3 month personal training contracts with Zach & he is awesome to work with! He's incredibly knowledgeable about different kinds of ways to improve on whatever you're trying to achieve & he helped me a lot. My goal was to gain weight & improve posture & he helped me reach that during our time. He was always positive, encouraging, & had great advice on how to change my diet as well to help gain weight. When the gym would be super busy during peak after work times he was always quick thinking to find something else we could use that would be a similar workout so we weren't just waiting around for stuff during our time together. I highly recommend him to anyone needing that extra push & knowledge base to attain your goal whether it's gaining or losing weight. He's also very good with sports injuries & can help get you back in a position where those don't pose as much of an issue during workouts any longer. As far as the gym itself goes, the functional area really could be bigger as it gets quite busy during peak times after work & sometimes hard to do your workouts. Especially when they block off half the area for a class. It would be a better use of the space where the spin bikes are to put more functional equipment since I've never seen anyone even using that room & it's a really big area to just be sitting empty 90% of the time. That would be a great improvement. Otherwise prices are pretty reasonable for what you get.

I have been a member since opening day. I love this gym and will always be a member. I can honestly say it has been the only gym I have gone to consistently. I actually use my membership and all the amenities that go with it. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and I never feel like I can't ask a question of them. The personal training staff is fantastic as well. I have gotten and continue to see improvements with Sydney as a trainer. She is the best! I have worked out on my own, had personal training sessions and attended group fitness classes and have enjoyed them all. To those people who say its crowded, my response what do you expect when you go at peak times after work?
