Awesome experience getting back into a gym. Easy start up process, friendly staff. Great classes and equipment. And friendly and encouraging people! Can't go wrong.

The Fort Collins Club has been remodeled and is now Genesis. Its a good club. It takes way to long to fix things but as a whole its very nice and clean and the staff friendly.

Very disappointed. I have been a member for years. My son came in and was treated very poorly by the attendant at the front desk. He wanted a friend to play basketball for an hour and they charged the friend $25 for being a non-member. Beyond pricey for a 13 year old for an hour. But beyond the cost was how the attendant treated them both.

The lack of response or a negative response from anything brought up to management is a concern. The main gym is used as a storage area. This not only looks bad but presents a hazard for people using the facility. Injuries have happened do to this situation. I have never workout in a facility that keeps the temperature at 67 degrees. Everyone I speak to about this, fellow members as well as staff feels this is too cold for a comfortable workout.

Can’t say enough great things about this gym and the experience. We came in from out of town to get a quick session in. Austin was super helpful in getting us set up and well acquainted with the layout. Great amenities and loads of machines and weights . Super friendly staff as well! Highly recommend!

***Follow up to review***Mariah, the new club manager was great to work with. She was understanding, apologetic and most importantly made things right. We are still leaving the club but it seems that there is hope for the future of this gym if more employees follow her lead. This gym does not care about its members, it only cares about getting new people in and taking peoples money. Our family has been long time members of Fort Collins Club and gave Genesis a try through the transition but they are simply a large corporation that cares nothing for the actual customer. GO FIND A LOCAL GYM!!

LOVE Genesis. This is the best place for beginners and experts alike. The group classes are helping me learn proper form and the weight machines are all set up in a predetermined workout. I love it here! Great facilities, great opportunities, and great staff. The best deal for your buck in town :)

It’s seventy dollars a month for poor towel service (regularly out of towels before even 8 am), rude front desk workers, and judgmental staff. There’s a taller black man that works at night who is incredibly kind & a younger blonde/white man who works in the morning who is also kind.The bar worker with colored hair and swim coach will give you side eye every-time they see you though.Got my membership so I could swim after working out but everytime I’ve asked, they “have no lanes available” while also having literally no one swimming (picture below from right after asking if I could get a lane).Overall poorly ran. Older members say it’s been going downhill since genesis bought it out.

Highly recommend this gym! The staff is friendly, the amenities are great, and the locker room and sauna are always super clean. The fact that you get all the classes for free with a membership is also a plus!!

This company refuses to let us cancel even after our year contract, we have moved hours away and they will not stop charging us. Unless you intend to join for life don’t! Absolutely scamming customersEdit: Your contract is set up to trap people financially, your employee claimed we wouldn’t be charged after our next payment. That was in June it is now November and you are offering a 30 day cancellation?! Meaning you still intend to charge after this company has essentially robbed us for 5 months. I will not be emailing as It is obviously a waist of my time.
